Gotten 3 calls from this # in the past 2 days. They don't leave messages. I entered a drawing 14 days ago to win a car or cash and later got a call and talked to some guy who had some weekend package at Lake Tahoe. Told them no thanks. Still getting calls.

So did any one take them up on this say at david Wally's? Is it legit?
Rebekah 2014-03-19 15:00:26 Unknown
I got a call while at work yesterday from this number on my cell phone, no name, no voicemail, nothing. I didn't call them back. I'd like to know who called me and for what reason.

David Wally's Resort is close to Genoa, NV. It is a time share. You get 3 day, 2 nights and need to do a 90 minute tour of the resort. Cost is $139 with $100 returned upon visit. I registered at a Local outdoors show.

Call came from telemarkers. Said we won a trip to aTahoe Resort. Wanted $100.00 to sign up.not getting our bank account number.!!!! BewRe !!!

They called too.
I had entered to win a car at mings (knew I wouldn't win it) but they told me they used it to pull for a 3 day 2 night stay at David Wallys. That's how they knew my name and stuff.
Is it really a scam?

This number calls me every day and I called back and it is a resort company trying to sell vacations. I really wish they would stop the daily calls. I placed myself on their Do not call list by pressing 3 and leaving a message but continue to get the calls. Is this legal? How can I truly report them.

We went to the SnowBomb just recently, so if you are getting a phone call from 775.241.4051 its because right before you walked into the San Jose Convention Center there is a box with a picture and a poster saying WIN THIS CAR (or was it money), but when we were waiting in line to go into the SnowBomb, a group of people came out and said FILL THIS OUT AND WIN A SNOWBOARD....etc. The card is the same card (just in a different color) to win the snowboard....etc...
So now, this is a way for them to telemarket to you (call you) to get you to come in and listen to their schpeel about signing up for their timeshare gig?
Needless to say, I didn't win the snowboard, and I'm NOT interested in paying an arm, leg and toe just to go up to tahoe. I'm there just to snowboard and not be totally broke thereafter.

If you do a reverse number look-up, it does show as Sabretooth Custom Engraving which I think may not be in business anymore because of the last time their website was updated, in 2008.
I too have been getting calls from this number with no voice mail, and at first I thought it may have been a wrong number or someone my mom gave my number to for business reasons because I live in Nevada. The "241" is usually a cell phone, but reading through the comments here, someone stated that it's David Walley's Hot Springs out in Genoa, NV. Makes sense now since I do remember filling out a card while we were there on a surprise mini vacation from my parents, in hopes to get another 3 or 4 day resort package for less than what you'd pay for 1 night at a casino resort in Reno. I'm pretty sure that since we went ahead and purchased a unit there, they'd prefer to save it for non-owners instead of giving us another practically free getaway (I used the incentive money they gave us to get a Vichy Shower & Exfoliation at the spa, talk about heaven on earth!) I suggest that if you receive one of their offers, and are in need of a quick relaxing getaway for a few days - take it. I can't believe that I've lived here my whole life (Northern Nevada), and I never knew what kind of beautiful gem we had hiding in our backyard all along...we're planning on using the venue there for our wedding :)
So like other users have mentioned, just answer and either ask to be taken off their calling list or take them up on the offer because it's a good one. Honestly if I had it my way, there would be no timeshare promotion going on because I'd much rather keep our hidden gem just that - hidden.

Please refrain from calling me. I am listed on the "do not call list."

I get routine calls from this number 3-4 times per week. No voicemail. Super annoying. I picked up once to see if it was a real person or a recording... it was a real person so I hung up. Didn't realize other people were getting the same thing so I will pick up next time, decline the offer, and hopefully they stop calling!!!
mickey mouse 2013-05-22 21:33:29 Unknown
The individual called my cell phone & ask for me by name. Could hear a lot of voices, laughter and noise in the background. Did not replied, just listen. They hung up.

Sorry, forgot to note, it was a "missed call" and they left no message. I never actually answer the # they called, so don't care that much, except for the annoyance of the # showing up in my Google Voice list of calls and making me wonder who it was / what it was about.

I got a call soon after attending the "New Living Expo" in San Francisco in late April 2013. I did fill out a couple of cards for drawings (one from a Hot Spring Resort somewhat near Lake Tahoe, so suspect it's them).
Laura 2013-04-23 20:26:35 Unknown
I got a call from them today...thank you for the heads up...funny I am on the do not call list and they called my home and my cell..I dont like spammers....ugh...thank you again for the heads up.
Frank 2013-04-22 18:40:12 Unknown
I looked them up on the internet, and it showed Sabertooth Custom Engraving. I made the mistake of filling out a small card for a drawing at a home show recently, and the calls keep coming in daily the same way that everyone else describes them. I think next time I will try answering and telling them to take me off of their call list

Yes us David Walleys, they r calling about the same time now as last year. We took them up on it & stayed
3 nights but went home after 2....it wasn't bad but just felt like coming home. I was like $130-140 for 3 nights 4 days but u can only use the hot springs one day & u have to take a tour & sit down for an hour "presentation". We brought cocktails with us so it wasn't as bad as planned! Might do it again....

I made the mistake of entering a contest for Wally's Hot Springs. Unfortunalty I did not read the fine print and by signing I gave them permission to call me. If you just them them you are not interested they will take you off the list
Lori 2012-11-29 23:35:53 Unknown
It's David Wally's Hot Springs Resorts. They are legitimate. I stayed there years ago ...
dd cali 2012-11-08 03:23:00 Unknown
i recieved a call today offering a trip for 4 to the hot springs resort 139 up front but when u get there they give u a 120 gift card. 3 days 2 nights covers all 4 ppl unlimitted axcess to the hot springs and tennis courts. youhave to be over 25 and im only 21 so i didnt get to take them up on the offer.
RuthK 2012-10-17 20:10:12 Unknown
Thanks for your thorough message. I had forgotten until reading this, but I did sign up for a contest at a women's Expo only a week ago. Glad to have the reminder to be more careful when signing things, esp in that kind of atmosphere.
cali 2012-07-06 23:30:18 Unknown
The call is from 1862 David Walley's Hot Springs Resorts and Summerwinds Resort Services, LLC 3179 N. Gretna Road, Branson, MO 65616, according to another commenter on another website. the only reason i recognize the name 1862 David Walley's Hot Springs Resort/etc. is because I entered a county fair contest to 'win a car or $10,000 cash' the other day, and one of the employees happened to give me their number on the back of one of the entry forms (that i filled out to enter the contest) - the company listed on it was 1862 David Walley's etc.
nobody reads those forms, but on it says "by signing this form, entrant acknowledges that they are of legal age and may be contacted by telephone or mail for discount vacation offers and that submission of this form supersedes any in-house, state or federal no-call list."
also it states that "this promotion is being used for the purpose of soliciting the sales of timeshare."
so if you've entered any contests recently, or really given your number to anyone, that's how they could've gotten it.
