I recieved a call from this number at 7:20pm last night.  I didn't answer it because I did not recognize the number. No message was left

I find that an Air Horn does wonders.

I am on do not call list.  This is a fraudulent call.  I recommend to report it

i just found out when I asked that when I sign up for some websites or subscriptions, I am "opting in" to allow some calls to be made.

I never read all of the terms and agreements before clicking "Accept" but apparently in some of these it says that our numbers may be transferred to their business partners.  Lesson learned--read the terms and agreements before clicking accept.

Even if you are on the do not call list, if you allow someone to call you by registration, it is not illegal for them to call you.

I am in the process of canceling registration for all the websites I can remember ever signing up for.

what good does the "do not call list" do if we are still getting these calls and i am even getting telemarketing text messages...this number called and i could not answer...they did not leave a message. is there something that can be done?!

I received a call from this number.  I am so tired of weird calls like this.  How do you make them stop?  On caller ID. Didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.  When I *67 and dialed them back it said it was an invalid number.

Some Asian woman called my business number. After I told her the name of my company, she asked me if this was a business. Uh, yeah numb nut...it's a business. Before I could interrogate her (as is my normal practice with these a-holes call me), she hung up. I called back and the number isn't valid (no shocker there).

Spammers, scammers and trollers SUCK, especially ones who can't speak English!

IT IS A SCAM when they send a FAKE area code to my CallerID. That it's a legit offer is IRRELEVANT if they're calling numbers on the DoNotCall Registry - they're breaking the law. Where are your ethics?

I agree 110%! as I said, I'm not advocating what they do when they call people on the national do not call list. I report bad numbers as much as anyone else but having been a part-time telemarketer during college, I also like to point out the ones I feel aren't scams. I used to earn a living doing what these people are doing and people used to curse at me just because I said hello, my name is Jessica.

I've received the calls about past due medical bills, payday advances, debt consolidation, and other probable scams and have reported all of the numbers here and I will continue to do so.

Scam or not my phone is registered on the do not call list, so the contact is illegal. I'm not interested in talking with companies that have to break the law to find customers.

Think of it what you want. Most are scams and I'll point them out also.  See my other posts. But, in fairness, when it isn't a scam I feel that should be pointed out also.

I got a call from them representing Protect America, one of the 3 largest home security companies in the USA.

I was hesitant at first but when they transferred me to another USA based agent, they directed me to a secure webpage from Protect America so I knew it was legit.  I was even told that the owner of the company also owns the Cleveland Cavaliers.  I am embarrassed to admit that is my favorite team.

They are offering a free wireless system similar to the one my neighbor just paid $800 for from a different, less recognizable company.

777 is an invalid area code

No one spoke.  Person hung up.

I got a call from this number and answered the call .  the caller sounded like they were from india and want to speak to my daughter.  I stated I was her hahahaha and they hung hung up
