i called called my consumer concepts, and they told me i was picked from missouri to win a 50 dollar card to eat anywhere at and two hawii tickets of no cost and i had to pay 4$ for a shipping fee and thats all and they asked for a credit card number and i told them i didnt have one and they said they would call back and when i give them my credit card number they would give me information about them and then recieve the tickets that i could use anytime of the year, for one year. is it a scam? they called me on a number that was unreachable 1200

i just got a phone call fron this pakistanian man who said he was from consumer concepts and sad that i had won one of 122 lucky priviledge costumers in america and i was one in five that where in california he asked foe a debit card number and i gave hih a pre paid visa number and he said that they didnt accept pre paid debit cards and i told him that if the hawaii tickets had  hotel and food expences included hr laughed and said no so i told him that i didnt want anything and he said that he didnt want to loose me of this prize that was kind of odd and i asked to talk to some one else and he just repeated the whole thing but didnt put another person for mr to talk to other companies would do that...i threw me off.. and the number that showed up was 1119 and it was unavailable caller id i asked for the company number and he wanted me to go on a voice recording machine he said that when i was done they would give me a verification number for my pakage and then the company name so he didnt give me or doid anything that i aked of him to do for me.

called me a few times. it alternated between having the area code with it on caller ID and not having the area code as if it was a local call.

I received a call that showed as 777-988-0569.  The caller said his name was "Steve Wilson" and I couldn't understand where he was calling from.  There was a lot of noise on his side (others talking in the same room).  He started by verifying that I was the owner of the phone number (which was my cell).  He then proceded to tell me that I won something - some kind of travel package and he wanted to verify my address.  He gave me an address that was nothing I've ever used.  I asked him to take me off their call list as I was not interested. He kept trying to get my address.  I asked what company he was with and he said "Consumer Concepts" and that he was in Miami, FL.  His accent sounded more like India or Pakistan.  I asked him 3 times to take me off their list and finally had to hang up on him.  

I can't find a company listed as "Consumer Concepts" in Miami.

Same here just got a call from this number and seriously no one has an idea of who it is? they are so annoying..... and call it back and its says cant be completed as dial

I got calls constantly all day long and when i called the number back it was not right

Yes, I got the same call and it did the same thing like the other callers

I just got a call from it and when I called back, it stated that my phone call cannot be completed as dial and to check the number again.

but it's nice to get a phone call since i never get calls *tears  T-T

This number called me more than 15 times today, when i answered the just hung up.
