It's not telemarketer. It's from collectcent looking for a delinquent accountee.
By law, they cannot contact the delinquent accountee's neighbors, friends and relatives.
This is another method of getting a hold of the person they are chasing after.
They only call a small number of people in one or two days then off for awhile. Does not make any economic sense if they are truly telemarketer. Also they are rude, if they are really telemarketer, even if you (the potential customer) not buy anything from them this time, you might buy something else from them next time, so why be rude to your potential customer. Does not make any logical sense to me.

Jan 23:  Number = "1-778-807-9598" / Name = "7788079598"
Jan 24:  Number = "1-778-807-9599" / Name = "Brit. Columbia"
Jan 25:  Number = "1-778-807-9600" / Name = "Brit. Columbia"

Got a prank call from this number caller was rude then hung up.

recieved a call asking for a girls name, I said no ***** at this number, caller called me a @#$*% licker and then hung up. It was a young male, sounds like someone has a serious problem and needs his mother to take the phone away.

I received a call from 778-807-9599 on 24 Jan 14 at 4:56PM. No message left.

They called the first time at 4 in the morning.
And they've called 5 times since then...
I smell a scam. Put them in jail, please.

This number has called twice today within 4 hours of each...Get them to stop.

Empty air, but sounds like the free cruise phishing scammers are useing B.C. numbers at the moment.  This would be the third one this week from this area code.

Those fooled by the "free cruise" scammers will be left waiting at the dock for a ship that never comes, while the scammers sail away with their credit card information!

calls me continuously! I answer, finally, can't take it any longer, and no one is there!

Caller keeps calling but does not answer when we say hello.  calls up to 3 times on some days...very annoying
