lying about who you are is a scam.  and i have been with same insurance company for many years, so when someone is yelling into a phone and pretending to be a friendly neighborhood insurance company... I assume its a scam and a lie and I will not call the number back,  I called my insurance company to confirm the there was no problem with my insurance!

780 628 2708 is not a scam as has been reported on this web site. Very irresponsible of this site to publish this misleading information. If I am calling from 780 628 2708 there is a problem with insurance. I work for a collection agency & the acct has been listed for collection because there is a problem with premium pmts. According, to collection laws in ab, I am not allowed to leave a message saying I am from a collection agency, nor am I allowed to give the name of the collection agency. I am only allowed to ask for a call back with respect to the insurance problem.

People are just way to freaked out about scams. Perhaps if they bothered to return ph calls with an absence of paranoia, I would relate all pertinent information required to deal with the insurance problem or they can just continue to pursue the scam avenue & deal with the insurance problem when they get pulled over by the police.
