I suspect election call on who I'm voting for

just got a call and when I answered, there was dead silence and then a hang-up. annoying

Got 2 calls from this nbr within 2 minutes of each other while we were eating supper.
We let the first one go to the answering machine, answere the second one and listened to their options but I just hung onto the call;within a few seconds the line went dead.

This survey company should realize we live in a country where our vote is done by secret ballot so why should I nullify this very important feature  by telling them who I am voting for.

My unlisted nbr. isn't very useful with "robo-type calling"

I just got a call from this number and had one from 7808182272. I believe this has something to do with the Alberta Election. They need to call everyone apparently and see who you are voting for.

it's a telemarketer annoying

I called the number back. It is ERG research and they are doing a public poll/sur
vey.

I got these calls too, but didn't answer. I'm thinking it's election related.

this number is displayed on the screen. I did not answer it. Wired.

Rec'd 2 calls this evening within 35 mins of each other.
My answering machine picked up both times; no message left.
