Got phone call from this number, called back... Not in service..

Received two calls today from 780-737-8989. First call no answer. Second call from Air Miles stating I won a 2000 bonus credit or something but voice was text-to-speech like a robot voice. The recording stated press 1 to claim your credit. I pressed 1 and could here it calling a few times before it disconnected. Im pretty sure they have confirmation my phone number is in use and therefore will sell my number to other scammers and telemarketers. I'm probably screwed now. I never even pick up unknown numbers and let it go to voicemail but I just got off the phone and immediately answered without thinking.

When calling back 17807378989 it sais that "the number you dialed is not in service".

I had the same number call me saying I had won a travel voucher from Air Miles

I got the call too, it was somebody from Alberta Govt, saying how stupid it was to ruin the water and air to make some Oil.  I could hear horses and shouting , I think he was drunk, at the Stampede and he thought I was somebody else at his work he was speaking with.

Called today, answered, nothing on the other end.  Hung up.  Called me back 2 minutes later.  Did not answer.  Annoying.

I received a call from this number at 11:49am this morning. I didn't answer. Then I received a call from (780)665-9977 (that I also didn't answer) two hours later. It's also from the St. Albert area... coincidence? I think so.

I have been getting calls from this number, 2 in the wee hours of the morning and today at 3:00 pm.  Who the hell is this?

I bet it was my crazy ex gf... Or maybe god...or a telemarketer....but they talked about airmiles....so it musta been god....btw im glad im not the only who googles numbers before calling

I just got a call from this number too. Same story as the rest of you.  No voicemail, and unable to call them back.

Got a call from this number this morning, didn't answer since I was at work.

Got in touch with our phone distributor and they investigated and found out that this a definite scam.  Do not under any circumstances answer this number

I got three calls today as well...I wish they would get the hint after the first call got ignored!

Its an Air Miles call.  I'm receiving them on the work phone.  Its a pain!

Got a number of calls from this number on the cell phone - call back and says number not in service.

Just got my NEW phone number (telus) and already this unlicensed tele prompt  calls me....!
