AFTER ORDERING THE 'RISK FREE TRIAL' I EMAILED TO CANCEL .  GOT EMAIL BACK TO WAIT FOR DELIVERY OF PRODUCT.  GOT PRODUCT AND ARE STILL WAITING FOR MAIL ADDRESS TO RETURN.  IN THE MEANTIME THEY STOLE FROM BACK ACCOUNT $79.95.

THEY WILL KEEP STEALING AS LONG AS YOUR BANK ACCOUNT IS OPEN.
YOU HAVE TO GO TO BANK AND REQUEST A NEW BANK ACCOUNT.

This showed up on my cell bill as a Ft McMurray AB and has charges for the call for some reason and not even close to being over my limit.  This is an area in Alberta Canada yet they tell you to ship the stuff back to China and it didn't come from China originally.  They then go on to tell you if you don't ship it back to China they will charge you 59.95 so you don't have to spend $35 to ship it back.  Number one it is only about $10 to ship back if it weighs 1lb which I doubt it does, number two I don't think this is legal because it says nothing in the cancellation policy they post that they can do this or that you will have to send it back.  It just says you can cancel within 14 days no questions asked.

I too have been scammed before and know the feeling.  I bit the bullet on this one too, but fortunately, I've been lucky.  Not bragging, mind you, but am wanting to give you my input.  The phone #780-747-1377 is transferred to an International company.  I was charged for my call and it was an International call.  Cost me $6.00.  I did, however, get ahold of someone and they cancelled my subscription, actually sent me, via email the return information that I needed to return the unused portion and they actually did credit my account for the $79.95.  I was shocked to see the refund, but am sure glad.  The return was addressed to someplace in China.  I was one of the luckier ones, but still a stupid fool for signing up in the first place.  I got took with another company, similar to this and still haven't gotten my money back and found that they are filing for bankruptcy and that I could submit a claim.  I did, but still haven't heard or seen anything on it.  Just beware out there about ordering products like this.  Especially if they don't have a phone number to call for customer service when you are reading the information.  Could this company, Colon Pro Cleanse be turned in to the BBB?

I've been had too, I was on hold for about 20 minutes and tried to send an email to the email address but it came back undeliverable.  My next step is to call and cancel my credit card.

You tried to buy poison from scammers. If you're lucky, you only lost money, if you're unlucky they actually sent you some crap and you have no idea what's in it, and if you're REALLY unlucky you actually TOOK it.

This SCAM is all over the internet, just like acai berry, fake car warranty, and lowering your interest rates (hope you didn't fall for those TOO). Good luck getting your money back but by all means flush this crap don't take it.

I've been had too, I should have looked into this more, but with a family funeral to attend to, I let it slip by me...I've canceled my card so they can't use it again, suggest everyone do the same,immediately!

No-one knows what is going on ;but to get in touch with the health department, and cancel all cards.

OMG~ i just got scammed too then.  I was hoping  to get a better answer on here.   Anyone have any luck getting thru to anyone?  Even the email they provide is no good.

Just scammed too...how could we be so gullible...my first time of using the internet without carrying out due dilligence...lessons for all. My question is; what is the legal remedy? Does anyone know the house or office address of these guys?

yes I got the scam too, talked to someone last month and they said I would get my money back, never did. Waited on hold for 25 minutes today. Sorry

Order product from Coloncleanse-elite.com.  Have been trying to contact them and have my credit card company but to no luck.  This for sure is a scam.  Like many others free trial then keep charging you money.  Any one else had same problem?
