Got a call today and it was an obvious scam.
I don't know how they got my name and number with with internet options, anything is possible.

Said they were doing a class action settlement against a someone who was texting people unsolicited. Didn't talk to them long enough to get info.

I get a lot of calls to get my proxy vote for Invesco mutual funds. I didn't answer this call, but from the other responses, I'll bet that what this is. They never leave a message. Now I block all non-local calls that I am not familiar with. Thank God for call block. I was getting spam calls every day.

They call ever day for the last two weeks at around 7:30pm . We blocked the phone number and it goes to wherever. I decided to call them from another phone (work ) and the stupid bi*** asks me for my social security number. I said no way. I am not that stupid.
I plan on leaving obscene disturbing voice mails on anyones extension I get through after hours as a way to vent.........feels good.....like that episode where Jerry Seinfeld tells the telemarketer if he can get his number to call him back.

A man called for my husband and refused to leave a message. When I tried the number I also received the "number is no longer in service..."
