this guy w/ a heavy Indian accent called me twice today 3/2/12 and yesterday on my cell phone and left this harassing voice mail that I committed  a finance fraud using my checking account information and  my bank and mentioned my ss #. he said that if I don't call him today they will send paperwork directly to my city courthouse to take legal actions against me and face legal consequences.

The guy did not identify his name or company, only this phone number. How did he even get my banks name ? I want this people prosecuted.

i get the same calls to,on my cell,at work and his  name is ERIC GORDON

Please can those crooks be identified and locked up?I am tired of their crabs.
They keep calling my number and harrasing me also.

my husband keeps getting these calls as well they have even called his place of employment and left a messege with his boss the guy said his name was benjamin frasier when my husband called him back before 2:00 pm an answering machine came on saying it was some rv dealership and then when my husband called after 2:00 pm the guy got very rude to my husband and told him he was gonna get him fired from his job. this guy also keeps threatning a law suit and has a very heavy accent. he told my husband to stop calling and when my husband started to ask questions he told my husband to f*** off

I got a call from this # and it was a woman with a heavy accent telling I need to call back today or they will call my epmloyer and friends n family. I got a call like this last year and it was a fraud so I am  ready for these people. Come get me!!!

Ben Frazier has called my work and home several times and I only get a voicemail when I call back. Please help me stop this.

I have never taken a loan out either from this company! What do I need to do about the message that they have my social security number? I have never had this problem before so I am new to this. They do have an indian accent also.

these people keep calling me telling me that there from some law firm..NUMBER HOW MANY INDIAN SOUNDING MOTHER F****RS WORK IN A LAW FIRM. they have my social and also new where i work out...who the f*** and what the f*** are these retards up to. they are telling me i borrowed 300.00 from a cash loan which i never EVER took a loan out from no where! they are scammers tryna to get a buck..dumb a***s ive been talking mega s*** to them on the phone!

They keep calling me from different numbers, saying there is a legal case against me about some $300 loan that I took out from CashAdvanceUSA and never payed back. The funny part is that I've never taken out a cash advance or loan in my lifetime. They say they have your SS# and might even know your email and bank but I wouldn't give them sh*t if I were you. They are a scam and a fraud, don't trust their calls.

I am getting the same call and talked to my  loan provider and was told this is a scam.  The caller always has an Indian accent and a generic name such as "Alex" they get very angry if you call back asking for a mailing address or fax number.  I told them I was reporting them to the Government for fraud and "Alex told me to stop harrassing him.

i keep getting harassed by someone from this number telling me i have a law suit filed against me from different payday loan companies they are saying i got a deposit into my checking account from a payday loan company for $6,000.00 in august 2011 and that they were from the internet crime investigations unit they won't stop calling me it got to where they are starting to block their number when they call me i want to know who these people are they need to be put in jail and just so everyone knows i just opened that checking account on december 15,2011 and i did go to the bank and close that account

They keep calling me sound middle eastern want me to pay them money ask them to send me bill.  They never send me crap.  They started calling on another number.  You call back and the number goes to voice mail.  I called the fbi on there other numbers don't give them s***.
