I received a call today from this telephone# at my job stating that I had accepted a payday loan for $300 and he was calling to advise that legal action was being taken against me for failure to repay the debt. The representative (B.D.-initial used here, but rep did give his name) stated that if I didn't make a payment to resolve this loan, further action to contact the local police would be taken. Representative refused to give me the name of their client whom he claimed his company represented and also refused to place me with a supervisor when I requested.

I received a voicemail on my phone this morning from someone who I could not understand.  He said something about a legal matter and that I needed to call him back or something bad would happen.  So I call back and tell him he has a wrong number and he starts asking for my name.  Then he hangs up on me.  I call back again and he answers but then hangs up on me as soon as I start talking.  So I call back again and he picks up but doesn't say anything.  I call back one more time and it is him acting like an answering machine saying "Leave a message".  What a crock!

Some one should get this Bryan Jackson stop calling or get him arrested. He said he is from United State Finance Crime Office.

yep, officer bryan called me about an "urgent legal matter". First of all had to losten to the message 10 times in order to understand it. Second, I don't live in Florida, so get a life. These guys need to get arrested for impersonating police officers. This guy was very aggressive and i know its fake cuz i dont owe anyone money.

they called me last week then again today he hung up on me so I called back told them I knew it was a scam he kept interrupting me so I got mad and told him to eat a dick and kiss my a**. I feel so much better

These same people keep calling my phone and my job saying they are going to send someone to lock me up and get me fired for a loan I did NOT receive. They are also calling from  951-489-0220. Name of company is Cash Advance. A different threat every time they call. I had to freeze my account so they can't take out money that DO NOT belong to them. Attorney Mark Williams is a name they use. They are Indians with American names

something regarding fraud for an unpaid loan and an officer is coming to arrest me

Just received a call from this Officer Bryan Dixon/Jackson saying that my name and number had been given as an emergency contact number by a person that I literally haven't spoken to in eight years. The heavily accented man claimed to be calling from the National Crime Investigation Center (which does exist but, according to my lawyer friend, is more of a giant database that's used in background checks). He said that I needed to contact my former acquaintance because he had apparently committed some kind of scam and I could be held legally responsible. When I kept on questioning the caller, he got increasingly frustrated and hung up on me. If they call back, I'm going to see if I can file a police report for harassment.

This is so annoying to get back to back calls from "Officer Bryon Jackson"  yeah ok with a very heavy foreign accent.  He dont take no for any answer.  He calls every week for several different people demanding i connect him to that person NOT.  What even worse he indicates this is emergency legal matter halirous....the terms they use is even worse... Its sad they stoop this low now days to collect a debt that may or maynot be yours.  The next time they call they are going to get the only hang up. I wish we had a block list at work becasue this number will be the first one on the list.

This is crazy....whoever these people are they need to get a life and leave people along.  I received a call and these people where very unprofessional and rude talking about some kind of legal problem.  I told the gentlemen that if he continue to call my phone that I was going to call the law and report them for harassment and phone abuse.

How do you get these people to stop they keep calling our front desk and threatening to have me fired Please help already told them not to call me.

They continue to call work number and person they are looking for got fired....partly due to too many personal calls. They called me a liar. I asked for name, company name and supervisor - person would not give me that information. I told them they call again, my company will file harrasment charges on them. He just laughed. Very heavy accent, hard to understand. Hope they never call again.

I received 3 phone calls from this number.  This past Friday.  The county deputy called him too. he did get him to stop calling. hopefully. About a loan I received online.  I got the money August 1, 2011. Not due till end of August.  He said I was past due and needed to pay him the money. I told him I was going to investigate this myself because I didn't believe him.

What LOSERS!!! They said I took money from a payday loan and never paid it back. I did not!!!!! They had all my personal information. Even said they would have me fired, take my paycheck, and freeze my bank account! Oh, and that a lawyer could not help me in this matter.  When I would ask him to repeat himself he just kept asking me if I was dumb or deaf.  Then, when I started laughing, he got mad and said he would make me cry! Please!!!!   Best part they all have very American names and foreign accents!!!!!! Best part the boyfriend (from Jersey) called and said he would find them and....... Which he probably could!!!!

Person, Blaine\oblaine?" dixon calls numerous times asking for someone who no longer works here. They insist on calling every single day, harrassing our company and employees and will not listen to anyone telling us that our company is in legal trouble, that we have commited fraudulent activities. The owner even talked to them stating that the employee no longer works here and STILL the insist that they do, calling us liars.

Person from this number called me saying that I was in legal trouble for an online payday loan I never even opened and that they would contact my work to send legal notice information. Very rude people kept calling my work number. They also did not care that I would report number to the FBI. DO NOT ANSWER ANY CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER!!!
