I got a call and they said if i dont pay the loan back i will be arrested.I thought it was a scam but within the next hour the police officer came for investigation.

No it's some idiot in Miami, FL with screaming kids in the background. If you challenge what "attorneys office" he is from he will scream curse words at you... very intimidating over the phone. Report it to your local PD.
