message "Seed sent at :[6:21:35 PM] - From Device :[USB 308 ] - Port:[ 18] - Sent: [500]" WTF?

This number is sending spam and phishing text messages to my cell phone. I am registered on the do not call list with my phone number [removed]. They are in violation.

Sent a text about winning a Best Buy gift card.  It was a marketing ploy to get more info.  Don't go to the site.
