Tried to PayPal me money and have him send it to Minnesota. He said he was in Miami with his daughter in the hospital. It was a $1200 ring. Nice try idiot!!!! Beware and stay away. PayPal needs to be turned in by letting these idiots get away with this. They are NOT secure.

They have text me about a laptop that I posted on Kijiji then a week later my friend posted something on there and we both got the same story... It needs to be sent away because he is out of state.
Whoever it is clearly has a language barrier, they couldn't understand my very simple question ' where do I have to post it and who am I addressing it to?'
When he replied with the information (shown below) I asked what country, his reply was 'lemme go check my diary' .... 3 hours later and still nothing.

so they said.
PAYPAL SAYS NEVER TO SEND AN ITEM TILL THE MONEY IS IN YOUR ACCOUNT.
