I don't even know who these people are and they have called my number with insults and that they r taking me to court.

continuous calls from this number stating the same - lawsuit and check fraud.  there has to be something that can be done about this.

The person, supposedly this was attempting to contact does not live here, and I doubt even exists.  I received my first call, of which I am aware because of the rude message left.  After reporting the name Callahan and Associates (of which I realized is the name of the scam company) to the Department of Consumer Services ,which is a subsidiary of the Florida Department of Agriculture, I, as usual, will feel much better.  I am asking that any and all of you, when confronted by these people who are attempting to intimidate you, find out, in your area where consumer complaints are handled, then report them.  Here in Florida, I always receive a response as I always give permission to use the information I give them to investigate those who, illegally and without voracity, threaten me.  Believe me, very few people who are working legitimately will take on an attitude (with surround sound canned music) and insult the consumer over a real debt.  Also know that no one can easily garnish your accounts without cause.  The banks, at least mine, just does not allow that.  Anytime suspicious activities are suspected, contact the proper authorities.  The Banking Commission of each state will also be interested.  I have had to handle many scammers.  If they just call, I usuallly don't run the caller down, but when a message is left threatning my income, I respond.  Do not roll over for anything or one who may, due to your lack of involvement, cause you anguish.  If you are right, your efforts will prevail.  I start out by praying.  God bless all of you

These people are going to far they called my job 26 times in one day who can stop these people!!!!!

I don't know these people they are very nasty

These people have called my family member, my co workers and previous jobs looking for me, then leave voice mails threatening theft by check and stay of execution in the voice mail. They also say they are calling on behalf of an Attorney. They have never contacted me personally only everyone else that has nothing to do with anything on my personal affairs.  I do not know these people, or what they want.  But as far as I have researched, not only are they not to discuss any personal matters or debt issues with anyone other than the debtor but cannot threaten you with criminal action on a debt. Beware, it is a tactic they use to get you to call back, when you call back if you mention anything about an attorney or wanting to speak with their "Attorney" they hang up on you.

I AM GETTING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER ABOUT PAYMENT AND MY PERSONAL INFO. STATING THAT A LAW SUIT IS FILE.  I HOPE THESE PEOPLES ARE FOUND AND SENT TO JAIL I THINK THIS IS FRAUD.... I ASK THEM TO SEND ME THE INFORMATION IN MAIL AND I WAS TOLD THEY CAN NOT DO THAT..

I GOT A PHONE CALL FROM 786-523-0321  AND THE PERSON CALL ME THE N WORD  AFTHER I WILL NOT GIVE THEM MY  PERSONAL INFO.  THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY RUDE.... STOP CALLING ME

These nuts have been calling my whole family threatening me.

Three times I got a message in my voicemail. I have nothing to do with their business.

This number called my phone threatening me with check fraud and that they were reporting me for a stay of execution
