Why do you think WE are calling you?

This is a discussion forum where one can report or describe suspicious or unknown phone calls, but reporting them here does not stop the calling.  YOU have to take action to do that!  (google is your friend).  Consider buying a call blocker from your favorite store if nothing else works.

Indian men saying im one of 1700 selected for government grant I do not have to pay back, 8,300 id have to get a card and put 199 for delivery fees. Said id recurve a cashiers check told me to call 7866001263 the man answered said how can I help you asked my id number new some of my info was quick to ask for the delivery fee and they could come pick it up right now. I said no tomorrow and he was quick to get off the Phone and ask me to call back when I have the money, how the hell can they come to my house right that minute and pick up $

Yea I got a call just now from this Indian guy claiming to work for some government grant company, said something about purchasing a Green Dot Voucher, to put $199 on it and to go to a Western Union establishment. Said I was one of 1700 people to be recieving a grant worth $12,300.  Told me to call him back at 786-600-1263, extension 1030 to contact a Max Stephens. Feels like a stupid scam to me.

scamer calling from india and just scaming peoples and take the money from them and never give them loans and just steeling the money from the peoples and if you got a call from this number and if they told to purchase any kind o things like GREEN DOT MONEY PAK,VANILLA  RELOAD NETWORK,GREENDOT PREPAID VISA MASTER CARD,OR WESTERN UNION not gone throu with that company

Repeated calls from this number; they've been told to stop calling but they continue. Supposedly a "pay day loan" I applied for - which I didn't. I'm filing a complaint and not answering the call.  They were warned to stop and they haven't.

Called saying  i was approved for a loan.stated that the name of the company wadLoans for emergencies.hung up on them they kept calling my phone repeatedly.best advice dont answer.

Did they call you again. They call me but didn't answer I knew its a scam. I'm checking his phone n verifying it.

GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER DIDNT ANSWER, THIS CREEPS WANT TO WASTE THEIR TIME CALLING ME GO FOR IT THERES NOBODY AT THE END OF THIS LINE. I AM FED UP SO MANY PHONE # CALLING.

Dont answer these calls, but if you do dont give any info but do try to get info from them. Then turn them in to the FTC or Fereral Trade Commission. Then file a police report and turn them in to your phone carrier for harrassment. They will then prosecute them. they are a thick indian accent or they threaten you with a robert guy get them. Read the federal trade commissions act against these type of people. They are nothing but scammers and terrorist

Received a phone call from this number. The caller left no message.

This is a pay day loan call. The person calling (or answering if you call back) barely speaks English and very rude and hostile when  you ask why they are calling or to be removed from their list. I'm sure they are in some God-forsaken third world country working for $.30 per day...
