Said they were with Brumley Law Firm and that they were taking legal actions against me. I needed to pay $498.00 and that I had 3 hours or they would contact the State and have a warrant for my arrest and they would put me in jail. I called the cops and when the gentlemen called back I was quick to out it on speaker phone, explained that the cops had been called and he then proceeded telling me I told you not to call the cops you will get it now.

I get about 20 calls like this a day. After leading them on for as long as I can to waste their time I finally tell them to go F--- a dead dog. So far it hasn't stopped any of the calls but maybe in time it will help a little.

I think I should setup my answering machine to say: "Hello, you have reached the FBI, how may I direct your call"

I kept getting calls from this number so I finally answered. A woman said hello, but then didn't respond.
I said to remove me from their call list and she hung up. I called back and they answered Advance America. I said to remove me from their list and he said ok and hung up. I'm sure he immediately removed my number from their database. LOL

This number keeps calling my car number saying I have a loan with a Indian accent. I told them to stop calling & take my never off their call list. Its bizarre & annoying that they keep calling my car of all things. I'm sure its some kind of scam.

The first call I got, the man said that my loan was approved for $10,000.00, I told him that I didn't apply for the loan and didn't need one, he kept saying over and over "how much do you want" , I finally told him 0, nothing, zilch, nada, Mah-ku every thing I could think of to get the foreigner to understand. I knew it was a scam to start with, I asked him if he would like my routing number and account number to transfer nothing to me, and he said yes - That was what he needed. I told him my routing number was 4, and my account number was 7. On the second call I told them I was a millionaire and asked if he would like to borrow some money, he just said he couldn't understand me and hung up. The third call was just music, nobody ever spoke.

Tired of getting these calls. Called the local police to file harassment charges. A lot of good that did. They can't trace phone numbers unless that number had called them.  Told me to contact my local police, as if they have jurisdiction when I'm miles and miles from Florida.

Received 4 calls today from this number. Never left a messsage and when I called the number got a message you couldn't understand and a full voicemail.

They called and said we were approved for the loan we applied for.  We never applied for the loan.  The caller had an Indian accent and did not understand English too well

same here, Told him I never signed up for a loan and stop calling... He said come one I know you want a little money... I told him to lose my number and strap a bomb on himself and pull the trigger....

I have been receiving calls from 7867527914 for the last 3 days and ignored them finally answered and the operator obliviously in a noisy call center said my wife's (called her by name) application had been approved by lending tree for $8000.  I told them she did not fill out an application and he asked why I am a liar he has the application in front of him. I asked that they stop calling and he said he could do that but the FTC requires a fee for removing my name and if I do not pay the fee then the calls will continue.  p.s. I verified with my wife she did not fill out an application.  When I asked for his information he told me his name was Ethan he is working on the RAPAL campaign his number is 201-565-9374 x 113

somebody called me sayeing I applied a loan. Sounds like the caller is from Indian. Asking me about the SSN. I asked from where he got my information, he speak very rude.

I just received a call and was told that I had applied for a loan and that I was approved for a $10,000.00 loan.  When I told them that they had the wrong number, they hanged up.  I dialed the number and the same guy answered with a HELLO... Do not give them any information.
