Called at 7pm PST and disconnected when I answered I do have Sprint and have for the past 8 years, dealing with some phone issues with their customer service, wonder if that triggered anything? At any rate, thanks to this forum I will not answer again.

Received calls on two lines from 800-000-0061 stating that I earned $100.  Required me to log on to sprintbonus.com.  Did not bite.

iPhone user here, been with AT&T, I'd say going on 5 years, went through 3 versions of the iPhone. Had tmobile before that, and I got a call from this '000' number?! Ha/fuuck

Got a call from them 10/23 about 12 noon. I'm puzzled. I never used Sprint but I just started using Virgin Mobile and THEY use the Sprint network. Is this cr*p spreading?

I am not a Sprint customer but keep getting these calls. I created a contacted that I add these numbers to. All the calls go directly to voicemail.

3 calls in the last 30 minutes.  5/17/11 4:30pm PDT maybe connected to SprintGPS by screenmedia.mobi.

Who is this from?

Just received 3 of these calls in a row. They disconnected before I would have answered.I fortunately do not answer unknown numbers, private or blocked number calls. I figure if they're legit, they'll leave a message & return #. Had to look up the 000 prefix as I never knew it existed.

Texas - received (5) calls today from 800-000-0061. It's some kind of recording which I found out on the first answer. Question is who polices this and when do they stop trying? 5 times in one day is too much!

I got an automated phone call at 11:00 AM today.  It said that it was Sprint PCS (didn't catch the exact name) and I was to put in my code and hit #, but I suspected something was unusual.  I had put my numbers in but before I hit the # sign to send the call, I disconnected.  I hope they weren't able to capture my numbers anyway by using the tones.

I just received this phone call as well. I obviously got that it was a scam right off the bat. I used to be with Sprint but switched to Verizon 13 months ago. There must be a list of Sprint # exchanges out there and some moron decided to create an outgoing email to collect Sprint PINs. Be careful guys- anytime YOU receive a call from your phone company. Get the persons name, ID # and reason for calling. Hang up and YOU call your phone company to verify it is real.

I got this call this morning at 6 am. I didn't press any buttons but I did hear a beep. Have you had any issues? Should I notify Sprint?

If you get call from #800-000-0061, DO NOT ANSWER IT!!!  This is a scam targeting Sprint customers.  If you answer and follow any prompts, your phone will be hacked and unauthorized calls will appear on your bill.
