I don't give out my cell number to anyone.  But there's been an explosion of calls to my cell from unknown 800 number callers over the past three days.  The numbers have always started with low digits (example: 800-1xx-xxxx, 800-2xx-xxxx).  I don't answer and they never leave messages.  It feels like robo-callers trolling for valid numbers.
