They call my house five times a day.

It's apparently "Academic Funding Foundation," a student loan consolidation service.

I have been getting this phone number daily on my cell phone.  I do not answer but I want it to stop.  Anybody find a solution to get them to stop calling?

I am scared that they are taking my money....is there anything i can do?  And can I find out what information they have on me?

Just to let everyone know, non profit organizations are exempt from the do not call list. I found that out the hard way.

You report them to the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION or the FEDERAL COMMUNICATION COMMISSION .. both have 800 numbers that can be obtained by googling.  They will fine these people and make them stop.

this is illegal if you have not given them permission and you have ask them to take the number off their list

Keeps calling especially at night around 8:30pm or 8:45 pm  Never leaves a message.  It is very annoying!  Make the calls STOP!!!!

Did not answer. Looked number up on the internet. I am not interested in consolidating my student loans.

I'm on the Do Not Call List and they keep calling. What good is a Do Not Call List?

Answered: 'no speak language, yet they kept on asking for ......... I thought playing them on would discourage them, but no.........they keep calling!!!

They call us everyday and we just put the phone by the radio until they hang up!

I have been getting calls from this company also (Academic Funding).  I had been getting them several times a day.  I finally got fed up with them and called them directly and told them to take my phone number out of their computer.  I believe the computer randomly calls all the phone numbers.  I am hoping that this will do the trick.  If not, I am calling the Better Business Bureau next time.  I hope this information was helpfull to someone else too.

I never answer 800 calls or calls I don't recognize. These people call me A LOT!! Sometimes if I feel like it I pick up the phone and just sit there not saying anything. Sometimes its silent for a few seconds and they just hang up...sometimes though, they keep going hello hello and I get a kick out of it. LOL

They call on my business line 2 to 3 times a week.  I have call waiting and am tired of being interupted and harrassed by them.  I even have answered and explained to them on 4 separate occasions that this is a business line and to please stop calling.  
I don't even have any student loans! I have turned them in to the Do Not Call registry and the BBB with no luck getting the calls stopped.

Thank you for the BBB info.  I have also placed a complaint with them and the FTC.  I have been harassed by this [un]creative group for the last year and am at wits end.  I will also try filing a complaint through the State of Florida (as I am on their do not call list as well).

1-800-204-3623 This number calls me everyday. I don't pay on student loans. Someone foreign always trys to talk to my answering machine. I wish they would stop bothering me. I live in Arkansas and have an unlisted number.

They call, no id, I pick up and hang up just to stop the ringing - - if I don't feel like waiting for the answering machine to pick up.  They don't leave a message so I figure it's not important for me to answer.

Don't answer, but they are a nuisance!  Sometimes 3 and 4 times a day.  Too bad they couldn't put their diligence to something meaningful.

They call me at least twice a day at different hours each day.  I was surprised to get a call on a Sunday at 5pm.  I've gotten them at 7am, 9pm, and at any point in between.   It's been going on for the past month and I am also listed on the Do Not Call registry.

I get at least one call a day, usually after 8pm. I never answer. My caller ID says Unknown Caller and the 800-204-3623. I am also on the do not call list. Since I am in California, I will contact our state attorney's office.

The Academic Funding Foundation's website is pretty pointless seeing how it does not have hardly any information on it.  They do boast that they are members of the Better Business Bureau.  So, I looked on the BBB site and found this email address for the foundation.

I am personally going to file a complaint against the Creative Solutions company and may file one against the foundation if I learn that they knew about Creative Solutions calling habits.

It appears that this Academic Funding Foundation hired a company called Creative Solutions to handle their call center.  They run a offshore call center but their office is located in Deleware.  My guess is that these are the people that need to be complained to, them or directly to the foundation itself.  Here is the url of the page I read...

They have a "contact us" link along their top menu where they have a email address listed.  I am going to email them right now and let them know what I think about their offshore people.  I will post a link for AFF if I find one.

These people have called me every day, twice a day for the last month.  Now that I've read everyone else's complaints I plan to file a complaint with the OAG of Texas.

Student Loan Refinance company calling me yet again after requesting them to remove me from their lists (three times now).  I've even submitted four complaints with the Do Not Call registry.
I've tried talking to them, lying to them about my graduation date (05/2021) in an effort that they would stop calling, using trickery, telling them this is the wrong number - EVERYTHING.
