Got a call from this # today requesting that my great-grandmother, who had a SunTrust account for almost 20 years return their call at her earliest convenience in response to an outstanding issue. Problem is, she passed away over 6 months ago and surely had they pulled a public records request or SSN validation they would have seen that. I suppose if they call again ill just let them know ill take a message and have her contact them when she's available.
