I INSTALLED A PROGRAM TO MY PHONE THAT DOCUMENTS EVERY CALL I RECIEVE. Guess who the info goes to?

Bonnie, This website has nothing to do with interacting with collectors. Its a basic number look up for 800 numbers. I'm sure you were told not to reviel no personal info about you as I can see you did ..

I keep getting these calls at my parents house looking for me ACI bill collectors.  I push the prompt that this is not my house and they are receiving these calls on their line.  

Has called me twice in the past 24 hours, and just like Elsa said, I have no idea how they got my cell number. I know this is a bill collector but if it's SO important to make repeated calls, why not leave a voicemail and/or send a form letter!!!!

I rec'd a call today. comes up on the caller id as unknown with this phone number. no message left.

From number 800-213-7163 and 360-524-0407 Says they're looking for David.  I was told that if you call back you will get a $10 charge on your cell phone and that's why they are doing it.  Not sure if that's true or not but then think about it why are they calling you with a fake name.

Comes across Caller ID as "Toll Free Call". More than likely it's a debt collection agency... PhonePower members... Block them!

Someone from this number called my AUNT of all people. i have no idea how or who gave them the right to harass me let alone my family members who i do not have a lot of contact with. does this count as harassment????>?

We've received multiple phone calls for a Timothy Harrow regarding an unpaid bill.  These calls are incorrectly placed, for the number used is not Harrow's.

We have received several calls for a Timothy Harrow (or Harold) in regard to some debt that he incurred.  We have no idea who this person is nor have any knowledge of his current lodging.

Some bottom feeders called from ACI called from 716-4187183 and left a automated message at my Google Voice number, it didn't even reach my own telephone.  The automated message said I need to call 800-213-7163 with a reference code.  Not gonna happen.

Never took a loan out I don't even own a house.

same as DeerP's experience.  they left an "urgent" message with a reference number.  turns out it was for another person of the same name.  not sure how they got my phone number - the address, SSN, and birthday were all for someone else.  disconcerting...
