Also a call from a Maria stating she has a complaint Affidavit in her office with a case number and that I need to call her sorry Chic u got the wrong number, wrong person!!!!

I get a voicemail once a day, every workday from an automated machine looking for James Morrisey.  First phrase is "if you are not james morrisey, please hang up", and that is when I delete the message.  Its been happening for a couple of weeks now.  I'm not calling back ... sorry.

I got the call from Alfredo Jones today...stating he was an investigator and was telling me he had left several messages (which he has not) and I better call him or they were going to seize my bank account and put a lien on my house. He didn't even say what it was about. What the heck? I don't even know what it could be about and do investigators do bill collections now? I am not calling back and getting bullied. Sorry Alfredo.

Yeah, this Alfredo Jones is making it sound like he is an investigator with the local police department needing an affidavit. What the heck is this about? Isn't this illegal representation? I absolutely abhor liars and people who deceive like this and refuse to communicate with these kind of people. Sounds like they keep changing their names also.

Got a call from 800-214-5305 yesterday a man saying his name was Alfredo Jones saying he was a private investagator fo a collection agency and telling me that I owed $5,000 plus on a car that I returned over 2 years ago. and if I didn't pay this amount that they were going o sue me and garnish my wages for 25% of my income and they would be getting 10,000 dollars from me if that happened. this company called me at my work and even told me where I did my banking...

I received a call for a person I have not heard from in 20 years. They gave an account number and the 800-214-5305 number to call back. I suspect he has run out on debts, just like he ran out on me. I didn't call the number

Person from this number called my employer and claimed my employer co-signed a car loan for me (bull). and I have money there to claim??? No such thing. My car has been paid off for years.

My family has been getting rude vulgar phone calls from a mr. freeman and i called to put a halt to my 15 yr old daughter getting calls from him.  I have never been cussed at or treated with such vulgar before in my life.  Yes I may owe money but wish I could settle all my debts, unfortunately i can not, nor can he with that kind of filth!

Rec'd a call from Amanda Knuckles with Commercial Recovery Systems on June 25, 2010 on an unpaid debt.  She offered me a deal to cut the bill in half if I paid $300.00 by that afternoon via Western Union Quick Collect.  I paid the $300.00 and called her back with the receipt number and all was fine until yesterday when I rec'd a statement saying that I still owed the remaining balance.  This statement came from a completely different collection agency.  I will be contacting the state collections licensing bureau in the morning.

Said it was direct line for Amanda Knuckles and she'd gotten a tip.  She had good news for me and left a case number and this phone number to return her call.  She used my brother's first name with my husband's last.  I'm not sure if that was a coincidence or what.  I do have some outstanding debts, but I'm not in a position to settle yet.  I have nothing to give at this time.

Got a call but did not answer. The message left claimed to be Ms Kelly with Travis County (law enforcement? D.A.s office?) needing a statement from me today on (gives case number) then wishes me luck. I didn't call back, I'm guessin it is a bill collector just tring to get me to call and confirm they have my correct cell phone.

More than 25 calls looking for an individual not located at my number or address.  I have been cursed and yelled out every time we ask them to stop calling.
