crs fraudulenty got our money

I am looking for victims of Commercial Recovery Systems, or CRS and Associates, Inc.  Former employee about to blow the top of of the fraud and illegal activity.  

I need names and phone numbers or email addresses of victims of CRS and Associates.  

Commerciaol Recovery Systems has to offices in Texas; one in Plano and the other in Dallas, Texas.

Recieved a call from 800-214-5356  Randy stone with threats of IRS garnishment of my wages for his client and that if I did not return the call my rights would be waived and he would process the claim.

i got calls from this company from a david fisher and a jodi watson saying a formal complaint has been filed and they are threatening to garnish my wages and report some debt to the irs as income. the number they are calling from is 800-214-5366. they are calling my job as well.

Harassing phone calls constantly from this number and I don't know who they are.  collections i guess but I don't owe this company so why are they calling me.

YES, this company has my phone number and all my information. Why do they keep calling third parties and reveal others that a debt is owed including account number. I filed a complaint about this company in June with the Federal Trade Commission. Just filed another complaint today for calling my ex-husband and revealing very private information. They need to deal ONLY with me. This company uses unscrupulous business practices. Please everyone needs to file a complaint with www.ftc.gov  and someone will shut down this company.

Randy Stone keeps calling me from different phone numbers.  He claims to be looking for my daughter.  The numbers he tells me he has does include my daughter.  I told him to stop calling me, take my name and number off his list, call my daughter if that's who his is looking for, or I would report him for harassment!  Where and/or who can I report this harassment to?

Randy Stone and says that he must speak to me about a legal matter that includes your social security number.  His case # is 359952 and his phone is 800-214-5356.  He adds that his client is willing to settle out of court.    These calls always come in without identification.

Despite being clearly informed that our phone number does not belong to the person the claim to be seeking, representatives of this debt collection company continue to relentlessly hound my daughter with calls and messages to her cell phone.

Yea this joker called me, my aunt and uncle (where I haven't lived for years; and my parents' house (where I haven't lived in a decade), imploring that my attorney or myself call him back.   Haha, fat chance.  Considering I have absolutely no disposable income - my payments are going directly to whom they're owed, not some shite scam of a company.

Yeah, they're calling me and telling me they will garnish my wages but I haven't worked in 12 yrs. HELLO!! I knew from the gitgo they were FRAUDS...still referring to me by my maiden name...whatever. Jodi Watson was the 'attorney's' name. What a joke!! OH..and the investigator will show up at my house if I don't call them back...

JODI WATSON leaves message saying it is imperative I call them back. Formal complaint filed against me. They don't say company name on message. Also called my workplace without authorization. Filed complaint with FTC regarding this issue.

Filed a complain today with FTC for calling my workplace without authorization. Caller shows as unknown but it is from commercial recovery systems, a collection agency. Jodi Watson is the caller. They leave message without company name.

Any clue where this is from?

I received the same harassing calls day in and day out from several different people with threats. These people need to be locked up for harassment. The last one to speak to me was Karen (or if that is her name). When I asked her what company was she with, she hung up. I called back to see what it was and it was a different name then the one she used previously. she answered and proceeded to say that it was the wrong number. What b***s***.

Above is a link to another number used by this company (Commercial Recovery Systems) out of Texas. It appears that this company is fraudulent and that the Law offices of Dean Malone are pursuing this company for fraud and are looking for references of harassment to contact them they are located in Dallas Tx. Randy Stone claiming to be representing CRS has been harassing my boyfriend on a "debt" and also stating that they are going to file a 1099 and if he doesn't reply that he will make a 140 decision. I had a bad feeling about this guy from the beginning...guess you should always trust you gut!

Recieved a call from same person! Has he continued to call you? If he says taht he is goingto file a 1099 he can't he is harrassing you and you can report him and his agnecy.

Randy Stone called me saying that there is a formal complaint against my SS number. He stated that he was calling on behalf of his client and that I needed to respond that same day. That he was going to file a 1099 in regards to under reporting my income and if I didn't get back to him that day that he would make a 140 decision. I am so confused what does all this mean? Can they file a 1099? Someone please respond with a valid answer and responable information in this matter.
