I received a call this morning from this number.  I did not pick up, as it was "UNAVAILABLE."  The message was a woman who spoke in a fast paced very angry voice stating that this was an urgent message for me from CRS and that I needed to call back ASAP.  She knew my first and last name.  I don't know how she got my number.  I'm wondering how they got Yaya's work information, unless it was given at the time of making the $300 payment plan.  
The CRS people sound immoral and unethical.  Everyone should look on Google and learn their rights.  You cannot be arrested.  It's a scare tactic.  
I had a creditor once tell me that he was an attorney for the company and would sue me if I did not pay.  He then proceeded to coerce me into "admitting" on the phone that I had gotten the card with intent to never pay it back.  I knew he was recording me, so told him I knew what he was doing and that I'd like a copy of this recording.  I called back and talked to his supervisor.  The supervisor admitted that this man went to extremes to get his files closed, especially by the end of the year.  He told me that he was NOT an attorney for the company.  
Collections files are SOLD to collection agencies.  The money now goes to them.  It never goes back to the original company.  Your original debt has already been written off by the original company you owed to.  If a collection company can't collect within a certain amount of time, they will sell your account to another collection company.
These are trying times.  Do your research!  Know your rights!   And don't use credit cards ever again!

Back in September I received a call from this number he said his name was Wayne Brown and he workde for Ais collection agency and he demanded that I pay $300.00 dollars a month for an old bill that I had and it was his place to make sure that I made monthly payment to a collection company call Collection Recovery Systems. I did make a couple of payments to the company unil I received a phone call from someone else claiming I owed them for the same bill. This Wayne Brown went as far as to call my job and gave all my detailed inormation to my supervisor as to what would happen to me if I didnt take care of this matter; i would be arrested, he would notify the IRS and the money would be taken out of my pay.

This guy called my grandad saying that I am under investigation and he don't know if my grandad is involved. I contacted my security buddies from the Army. SCAM all the way. They need a life

Unknown caller stated to be an investigator said he wanted to contact a similar name to mine and said I had to call back w/i 24 hrs. or he would procedd with necessary action.
