They call everyday and leave a message for a certain Mr. Michael Valentin. And I am not Mr Valentin at all. I tried to answer but nobody's on the other line. Tried calling them back, no answer. Tried to block the phone call from my phone menu, but to no avail. They still keep on calling and calling. Its a part of my day now. So annoying! Maybe it's time to change numbers.

The company is Midwestern Audit Services Inc. (http://www.midwesternaudit.com/) They won't answer any questions unless you tell them that they are the person they're asking for - IF you happen to answer the phone. Even if you confirm that they have made a mistake they keep calling. Very annoying.

Be weary, unprofessional, not good at their business, did not even return call for person attempted to pay off collection.Called this number is reply to collection letter. Ten calls made and no answer from anyone at the company. Recordings only and if an attempt is made to leave a message good luck, the recording states to leave your message after the tone, - surprise no tone then the call ceases.

800-225-1904 keeps calling my cell and hanging up. How do they know if I'm the right person or not?!? They don't say anything - I just hear people in the background. No one will actually speak.

Midwestern Audit is a collections agency. They only have your number if you have a debt that has gone into collections. They can ONLY call if you have a debt that has gone to collections, so it is in your best interest to answer the phone, especially if you aren't aware of any debt. They will not leave a message nor will they give out information to anyone who is not the person reported to collections, mainly because of confidentiality laws.
