It's Chevron-Texaco Customer Service. Know it's been a long time since you posted but maybe like me it was just after getting a new card...I not only ran their phone number through this site but directly through Google Search. That's where I got my results.

That number appears on the back of my Chevron/Texaco card, "Customer Service".

Incoming call message on my machine said, We are sorry for the inconvenience, we will be with you shortly, or you may call us at the 800 number. Then message said sorry all our represenatives are busy helping other customers. Caller ID said call came from Unknown number.
