Got a phone call from this number. The caller left no message.

Got a call from this number today and picked up.  VM said "This is not a sales call ... collection of a debt ... press any key to be routed to a live agent."  I pressed a key and no agent came on the line, only a callback #.  I called the callback #, pressed 0 to try to speak to an agent, and one of the first things I heard was "...you may want to have your bank routing number handy."  This sounds like a total scam to try to get checking account info - DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!!

Don't listen to what Valerie is saying these guys are a scam I asked him to identify the company they were calling from and he said that he didnt have to tell me.  That is against the Fair Credit Report and Collection Act.  They have to state what they want as soon as you ask.

Unfortunately they are a real collection agency.  If you have had a check that bounced it probably got turned over to them.  Just be honest with them and you can work something out.

This is a total scam! These people are not a legitimate collection agency, just scammers fishing for information.

Always get everything in writing when dealing with debt collection. Never give out credit cards or bank information. Always send them a payment, never online and never auto deduct.

said they were certegy and I told them I would mail them a payment. they asked if they could run it through my bank again or get my new bank information but I told him that I would just mail in the payment to them.  I want to check out the letter you sent me first I told them. He hung up abruptly saying  he will send it over or something.  wanted to charge me 2 fees on top of it.

Your an idiot...not call list does not pertain to collection companies.  I can't believe how many idiots like yourself are on these boards.  If it wasnt you they are trying to get ahold of tell them to send you a letter....once you say that they cant call you again until you respond to the letter.

They called me several times, even after I asked them not to call me.
I am also on the not caller list.
I filed a complaint at the BBB
I also will file a complain at the not caller list.
And next time they call, I will seek settlement with my lawyer.

They are calling me as well.  When I asked them what do you want the guy would not say just kept joking that he would call me everyday but won't say what he wants.

I asked them to stop calling me all hours ove the day and evening and they wont stop.
