I been receiving calls from these people; they are relentless; they said they are time warner; I called time warner to verify; first time they said that they do not recognize this number; second time they said that this is their sales department number. Just today, I noticed that there is an addition $315ish charged on my credit card from time warner; I called customer service again; and they couldn't find why they charged me or that they ever charged me. ??!?! But my credit card clearly said the charge is from time warner. I wonder if I kept saying no, they just went ahead and "upgraded" my services and charged me $300?!?
Check your credit card bills closely! espeically if you have autopay with time warner. Never knew they do this kind of stuff.

I called them back and after ONLY ONE ring, they answered and asked ME if I were so and so (I have not even said anything and thought was weird that they would answer in one ring like they were waiting for me to call them back); they also claimed that they are Time Warner and want to verify my account services. I told them I want to call them back.
So I called the official number posted on time warner website and the REAL time warner customer service person tried to look up reasons why time warner would be contacting me and he found NONE, and he also tried to look at this number 800 255 1934, and did not find that as any departments in time warner.  
HE ALSO TRIED TO LOOK UP IF THIS # IS ADDITIONAL PROMOTION/UPGRADES, BUT IT IS NOT.
DO NOT give them any information, this is NOT time warner.

Yeah this number is calling me ever weekday, throughout the whole day?!??

They've been calling me too - 3 times today alone. I do realize that I am getting charged on my cell for landline calls. So, inbetween other things to do today, on a landline phone, I am calling them back several times to annoy them. Probably won't, but what the hey!

they have called me everyday (at various times throughout the day) for the last two weeks. I've never answered, and they have not left any voice mails. They aren't getting the hint. Really annoyed.

Yes we just recently had time warner internet installed. You would think they would quit trying after a while, but they are very determined. I have received 4 calls from them. the first time i was on the highway and they said they'd call back later- then i never answered

They've already called me three times TODAY and twice yesterday. Then two times the day before that. I never answer numbers I don't know, so this is just really annoying.

its from time warner cable. they are trying to sell you an additional service.  I have high speed internet and I had signed up with turbo speed, now they came up with ultimate speed for an additional charge, plus they are trying to upgrade you to get cable.  I told them, I dont want cable but like every salesmen, they try to push you to say yes.. but I am a feisty individual, just rose my voice and said, "do you understand the word, NO THANK YOU, and they ease off by asking if they can call later on to see if I changed my mind.
