I keep getting calls from this number (877) 299-0775 and when I ccall back it haas a buusyy toone i call bacck and it says disconnected

I called them back and they are Get Your Degree.net, just ask to be removed from their calling list and they will remove you.

I think hacker(s) are spying on people using the web

I keep getting these calls too.  I called back and finally spoke with Bernard at getyourdegree.net.  I told him that I was reporting it to the BBB, and my local Sheriff's Dept. because I am on the Do not call list and have a private unlisted number.

This number belongs to getmydegree.net. They are telemarketers who harrass people all over the nation. I filed a formal complaint wth the FTC. Here is their e-mail for filing compalints:

I urge everyone to please file a compalint against these people. I received an immediate response fro the FTC. They are breaking the law. Also make sure your number is registered with the Do not Call  Registry 1-888-382-1222 and register your number.

I called this number back because I was getting as many as 5-10 calls a day and I actually got hold of a live person, claiming to be with getyourdegree.net. Her name was Jenny and she said our numbers would be removed.  I am not so sure if this is legit, but I told her I would not give her any personal info other than my numbers to be removed from the list.  No names or any such thing.  She claimed they would be removed within the next 24-48 hours.  We will see.  I will keep you posted to any other changes.

this no. calls me about 10 times a day at any and all times including Sat. and Sun.

I recieved 4 calls from this number in 5 minutes. I do not answer 1 800 numbers.

I have been getting my phone blown up by this number.

I finally got a hold of the company on a Saturday, a real human.

The company is Getyourdegree.net They claim they will put me on a do not call list we will see how that goes.

I called back and she said it was GetYourDegree.Net...
You can call and say to add to the do not call list<3

After recieving 5 calls in 2 hourse from this number I called back and actually talked to a person who informed me that they are indeed with the degree online program and got my number from a form i supposedly filled out. All you need to do is answer when they call and tell them you want the calling to stop. Because they have numerous people making the actual calls she told me that it would possibly take several days for the calls to stop but that they should not continue after 5 days.

This a company calling to tell you won a cruise or a trip.  I kept getting multiple calls from them daily and finally answered.  I told the young lady to take my name off the list to call, she said "ok, sorry for the trouble"  This was on Monday, as now I have yet to get another call from them.  

Just answer it and tell them to remove you and it should stop.

need I add more?  I'm up around 15 calls a day and I'm already on the National Do Not Call list.  Aargh!

I just received a call and looked up this number.....the company is degree.net they asked me if i needed a degree. I told them i already graduated and am not looking for a degree and she tried to persuade me to take classes. I told her to take me off the list and she said ok and hung up.

They call and then hang up, then put you on hold forever if you call it back.  What gives?

The phone only rang a couple times. I was half way up the stairs when it stopped.  I found the number on my telephone read-out and called them back.  I told them to take my name off their calling list and also told them that I was filing a complaint to the do not call registry...which I did.

Same here. 10 calls in one hour. Usually there is no answer, but I did get answer once from someone asking if I wanted to further my degree. I asked them to take me off the call list and not one second after i hung up the phone, another call came in from 410-774-8401.

I started receiving calls from this number a couple weeks ago. I didnt answer at first because I didnt recognize the number. Then they kept calling so I finally answered out of curiosity and was going to cuss them the F*** OUT for calling so late and so many times but when I answered, it disconnected. That pissed me off big time so I called back. I got a recording that said "Please hold while I transfer your call", then all you hear is music. No one ever picks up. I called Alltel and there was nothing they could do. They said I could change my number but suggested just not answering the call and said eventually they will quit calling. The calls kept coming and coming and coming. I called the number back from another phone using *67 and this time it said the number had been disconnected. Thought it was over finally but to my suprise.....that supposidly disconnected number is calling me again within the hour. WTF people?? Leave me the Hell alone!

After receiving 17 calls in 2 days, I called the number back. The first 3 times I was told via a recording to "wait while my call is transfered". My call was then put into a voice mail account. I called back again, and actually spoke with someone. This company is called Getyourdegree.net. The person I spoke with was laughing and giggling the entire time, and it took 3 times for her to get my number correct to have it removed from their system. We will see what happens after this.

I got a call from 1-800-259-7317 today and called it back. I was pput on hold for several minutes... Who are these people?

i get many calls from this number on my cell phone. i can not call it back.

I was getting calls from this number on my landline for days before I bothered to look it up on the internet and came across this website.  I called them at the number they called me on, found Brad at getyourdegree.net, and told him to take me off the list.  It took 1 minute, but it was annoying anyway.  I'm posting a complaint on donotcall.gov.

I get repeated calls from this number several times a day and at all hours of the day and night.  When I answer no one is there.

Call the number back and speak to a person to remove you from their call list. And they usually do it without a question.

I got a call from the number and received the call but no one spoke at that end. I don't understand their purpose.

This number has been calling my home phone # in Puerto Rico.  Same story, no one on the line, no msg left.  Went through this page and found email address (info@getyourdegree.net) and just email them with info about being registered on DoNotCall, next time authorities will be notified to step in.
