Calls repeatedly all hours of the day, sometimes 5 minutes apart

They say that they are looking for someone named Susan.  No one here by that name.  Then they call back over and over, leaving messages on answering machine.  I think it is a ploy to get you to call them, then they have you in their system as having a working phone #.
