My cell phone rang 3 times Nov20 5:55PM then stopped.  20minutes later the same thing happened.  No message was left in either instance so I assume that this is just another telemarketer.

My cell received call from this number Nov20 at 5:55PM.  Rang 3 times then stopped.  Got 2nd call 20minutes later.  3 rings then hung up.  Didn't leave message so this must not be important; just wasting the charge on my phone battery.
