If you were indeed so open and honest, you would post the details of the "presentation" here in good faith. The fact is you know if you do this, you would get laughed out of the forum. The good thing about searching the web and finding the truth about attempted scams like yours is that it allows for open source information to act how it was designed. I am sure that doesn't help you, but that's democracy my friend. Suck it up. My advice for you would be to get out from under the miserable grubs you work for and get a job that you can be proud of.

Please conduct yourself accordingly.

Sundance  Vacations.  I never entered a contest and they claim I did at "Ringling Brothers Circus".  I've never even been to the circus!!!!!  I called them back, they are very rude, especially when I told them to no longer call me.

I am not interested in going to the Bahamas, so you can stop calling me.  You guys ambush people as they are walking into the game, they're excited to be there and you shove a clipboard in their face, talking a million miles an hour about winning something.  I swore you told me it was for a chance to win tickets to a future Blackhawks game.  Shame on me for not really reading what I was filling out.  Please, stop calling me.  I work full time and go to school and I have no time to sit through any presentation for anything that isn't directly related to work or school.  It's all I can do to juggle work and school in addition to keeping my house clean, going to church and spending time with my family.  You can offer your cruise to someone else.  I don't want to go on a cruise and I have zero interest in the Bahamas.  Thank you, but no.

HILARIOUS!

Now all your potential victims reading your lies should think about the companies they have done business with for "11 years" and what would motivate them to suddenly look up the number on a site for identifying unknwon numbers and rave about how satisfied they are. Simply put, nobody does this. Whenever there's a post like yours it stinks of stale shill. I mean the stench almost permeates the screen!

Now it's back to the boiler room with you!

We have been with TAN for last 11 years and so far we had great experience.
We just upgraded to VIP. Sure there are fees, nothing is free.
Understand your need first, hotel rooms costs close to $100/night on average.
My calculation, you may spend between 700 & 1000 for a week of vacation, you get
Clean place to live with kitchen. Off peak is also great in South if you are from North.
Hilton Head or some Florida locations are great in Sept thru Dec.
We have used excess inventory with great success.
Understand you need and you will not regret. All depends on that.

It sucks, I actually bought a package from them. It took me a long time of being in there office to get the price that I wanted. I obiviously didnt like the price or amount of vacations they were trying to sell but we finally came to a deal. I bought it thinking that I would be going to Southern California any way, this is a deal. Well the first three months I was a member, I couldnt book anything in any location that I would actually like to go. After about six months they took the SoCal locations off of there website. I got totally screwed.

I received a call noting I had entered a contest at SixFlags Great adventure in May, and saying I had won a vacation.  I did in fact enter a contest in May with the top prize being a Camaro, or $50,000 cash, and there was a slew of other prizes for thoe who didn't win the gran prize.  they delivered on the trip  It didn't cost me a dime, or any time.  Not sure why everyone else had bad experiences, or even why they would lie and say you filled out a form when you didn't.  Also, I can't imagine that Six Flag's marketing department would cut a deal with a company known for scamming.  Doesn't seem to make much sense.  Just because you didn't put your name down at a concert or a pro sports game doesn't mean that someone else didn't just to get the marketing reps off their back at the time.  My position is, if someone calls with this type of news, and I actually competed an application/ticket, I'll listen to what they have to say. If they don't ask me to take a half day tour of a time share facility, and don't ask me for any money, I'm accepting what they have to offer.  In this case, it wokred out fine for me.

Recieved a call saying that I entered in a contest at a Rascal Flatts concert on July 28th in IL. However, I live in Florida and July 28th I was in Ohio. Kept saying that I should worry about identity theft if I was not the one that entered the contest. She told me that she was looking at the contest winning form. I told her to fax it or email it to me. She asked "Betty(the manager)" who supposedly was in the background. She took the fax number and never sent it. This place is for sure a scam. This female above saying the company is legit is full of it.

I signed up for a free gift certificate at a home show  Lowe's booth a few weeks ago.  After I gave them my first name and telephone number, which was all they wanted, I found out that this is what they do.  Lowe's and Home Depot, which was at the same show getting people to fill out a form for a free $100.00 gift certificate, and  other businesses then sells your name and phone number to vacation companies.   BEWARE!

Researcher - thanks for doing the footwork and getting the info on this "prize" including the whole spiel. Never would have called back but good to know the details of the scam.

They didn't address me by name and this number's relatively new that I don't give to anyone (i got it for the data connection) but they left a.message anyways so I'm sure you can win without entering; what's the grand prize again? =P LOL!

In case after case of sales organizations that use the sweepstakes ruse as a means of skirting the Do-Not-Call regulations the FTC has taken remedial action and have repeatedly ruled that sweepstakes entry forms, not-with-standing the alleged fine print disclosures, do not waive the consumers? privacy rights under the DNC legislation. Yet Sundance Vacations aka SunScam Vacations, continues to defy the DNC regulations! What does that say about the ethics and integrity of the company? It says that Sundance Vacations doesn't care about what may be illegal or unethical; they only care about what they can get away with!

If you entered the Sundance Vacations sweepstakes with the hopes of winning the grand prize but NOT with the express intent of inviting relentless telemarketing calls bordering on harassment, and you have been the recipient of uninvited or unwelcome telephone calls and are registered on the federal or state Do Not Call lists, you should call the FTC at its toll-free hotline at:  1-888-382-1222.

Who are you trying to kid?  I checked out Sundance Vacations' website but I couldn't even post anything!  I never heard of a company whose website was not "public friendly".  The only reason all the posted comments are glowing recommendations is because Sundance has it set up to delete any negative comments.  I have a question for you, the "Sundance Caller:  if your company is so wonderful, why are you making offers to PAY people  to post nice things online?  Yea, that's right!  Explain THAT, would you?  Furthermore, the "pay" you're offering isn't real money, either.  It comes in the form of another "discount" towards your fictional vacation packages.  Just another offer that nobody can collect on!!!!!!!!!!!!

To the "Sundance Caller":

Your comment, "With the hopes that you MIGHT want to return to us to use our services" is an absolute and categorical lie!!! That's a lie and you KNOW it!

The consumer is told during the presentation, over and over again, that the "deal" is only good for THAT night. So WHY would anyone "want to return" to pay more and get less! C'mon, get real; our heads don't screw on!

You're a liar! The purpose is to cajole the unwary consumer to the high pressure sales presentation and pressure them to sign, what SunScam describes, as a non-cancelable membership! That's unconscionable!

Typical SunScam Vacations' lying arguments!

To the Sundance Vacations? shill:

That?s a smokescreen specious explanation! The fact remains that most of those people should NOT have been called in the first place if they are on any Do-Not-Call lists.

For the umpteenth time, In case after case of sales organizations that use the sweepstakes ruse as a means of skirting the Do-Not-Call regulations the FTC has taken remedial action and have repeatedly ruled that sweepstakes entry forms, not-with-standing the alleged fine print disclosures, do not waive the consumers? privacy rights under the DNC legislation. What a crock!!!  So you don't want people to Google your company???  I can understand that because there's not ONE good thing that will show up up in the search results!!!  Sundance Vacations promises everything and delivers nothing!  What I'd like to know is how you people sleep at night!!! There is a Facebook page titled "Boycott Sundance Vacations" --- it's an organization of those who've been victimized by Sundance Vacations and suffered a lot of mental anguish because of aggressive solicitations, lies and high pressure sales tactics used on people, many who are on the "Do Not Call" Registry.  As of this date, the "Boycott Sundance Vacations" Facebook page has 214 members who have posted nightmarish stories about their experiences with your company.  Their stories are extremely similar.  They can't ALL be wrong!!!   Everything your company offers sounds good on paper, but when anybody tries to collect on the "free" prizes they've "won" or the "discount luxury vacations" you claim to offer, it's a completely different matter.  Sundance Vacations is a public predator, a parasite whose lifeblood depends on the sweat off the backs of honest, innocent, hard-working folks whose only crime is wanting to enjoy something that they could not ordinarily afford!!!
