I have been receiving messages of an "urgent, time sensitive nature" so I called them and they said they collect for Comcast. At first I was told that I owed Comcast for a bill in the amount of $277.26 and then all of a sudden she told me that I actually didn't owe anything and that they were looking for someone named Stephanie. Professionals here...not.

Yeah this is a law firm that takes on cases from mostly Comcast I believe. Sounds to me like they were looking for Marcus Woods not actually calling on his behalf?? Maybe it was a wrong number... I think I would call it back & just tell them they have the wrong # so they can remove it & wont keep calling you looking for this person.

Got a message on my cell from "Ms. Andrews" who said she was calling for Marcus Woods with Robinson, Reagan and Young a law firm. She said she was calling in regard to an urgent matter.
I looked up the firm and there is not a Marcus Woods who is an attorney listed with the firm. The firm is also reported to be connected with a collection agency. The call originated from a 1-615 area code which is in Tennessee.
I did call back but it was after 5 and I did not leave a message. After reading this post, I plan to ignore the message.
The caller did NOT ask for me by name so it's clear to me that they most likely only have my cell #. Again, I plan to ignore the call.
