got calls

Got a call from this number, an automated solicitation caller.  Not even a live person that I can chew out, since I am on the DO NOT CALL list!!!

they called and I didn't answer...funny part is that I just got this phone activated and the only website that I gave the number to was myxer.com for free ringtones...

Received several of these 'to be removed from our list press 9' from 727-000-0000 but today got same from 800-293-1829 when called it says "error 791 number not in service" REPORT THESE LOSERS HERE: https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx

Thanks to all of you who were kind enough to leave information about the caller. I, too, missed the call and when I tried to call back there was a series of beeps after which it said the number was not in service.  If they call again, I'll know not to tell them anything.  If my efforts to call them back just serves to confirm to them it's a working number and I get a whole bunch of advertisement on my phone, I'll know why.  Thanks again.  :-)

Just received call on my cellphone while at work.  Didn't get to it in time.  Also, only identified by phone # and when I called back to  find out who called and advise them not to call me again, I was also told the "number is not in service".  I am on a DO NOT CALL LIST too.

Called on my cellphone and was only identified by the phone number.  Started leaving a message about mortgages. I cut them off.  Tried to call number back and was told the "number is not in service".  A SURE SIGN OF SCAMMERS!

Same thing   I agree with you.  THIS is not suppose to happen .  I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST.

They called at 9:42 a.m. I did not answer. They did not leave a message. I don't answer 800 callers or anyone I don't recognize. I am on the DO NOT CALL list, so they'd better knock it off.

this is the second time I have gotten a call from this number, both times I rejected the call, but there was still a voice mail left, only part of it recorded saying if you want to be removed from the calling list, press 9.  what good is being on the do not call list?

Just got a call from these people. I answered and pressed 1 to speak with a live person. It is a scam outfit wanting to get information about people. I informed them we don't have a mortgage, we don't need their service and we are on the do not call registry. Last week they were calling from 727-000-0000.
