Memphis, TN - A partial voice message was left on my cell on Saturday night. The part audible stated, "... has been limited due to the high volume of fraud in recent weeks targeting our customers. To continue using your card, you will need to reactivate.  Please press 1 to reactivate."
I ignored the call and used the option allowing me to hear the header (listened several times).  The call was said to have come from 80715963.  These are too few numbers if an area code is included and too many if an area code is not included.  Another scam attempt.

I too received the same call.  "Your debit card is about to expire, press 1 to extend".  This is some type of a scam.

Got a call from 800-382-4357  regarding suspension of a credit card I don't have .... called the number back and got a fax machine .... gee what a surprise.  Have reported it to County Sheriff and FTC Fraud unit.  Can't these bimbos find anything better to do and why in hell's sake can't the legal system sentence them to an all expenses paid vacation to Somalia.

I just got the same robo call from "816-5960" (no area code, suspect it is a spoofed name and that the real number is something else), robotic female voice: "<something> credit union ... debit card suspended ... please press 1 to reactivate".  After pressing 1 it asked for my account details, so I hung up.  I'm in the 520 area code (Tucson), so they may be focussing here.  Obviously this is a scam.  Based on the other reports above it looks like this is starting to happen again after a break of 6 months.  Don't give out your account details to unsolicited callers, especially automated systems!

I got this call today. As soon as they asked for an acct # I hung up. I was on my way to pick up my car from the shop and worried whether my debit card would work and if I'd be able to get my car back. I paid with my debit card and there was no problem. I called the bank and they checked everything out, saying nothing looked amiss.

It is an automated system that seems to be phishing numbers for account information, I have no idea how they got my number but it claims your card is deactivated and you need to reactivate it, then asks for you to enter your full account number and so on.

I received a robo call stating my bank card was deactivated and to press 1 and provide the card number. I called my credit union to complain and they have been receiving complaints about this scam. It's all a scam to obtain your bank information.

I just received an automated message from 800-295-2096 and they let me know my credit union debit card was temporarly suspended. If I wanted to reactivate please enter your card number. I decided to enter a phoney number 2222 3333 4444 5555 and it said that this number was invalid. I could not get a person on the line. When I called back it sounded like a fax machine.

They need "scam/fraud" as a Call Type category.

Same as others have reported - automated voice claiming to be "International Bank", stating that my debit card had been suspended, encouraging me to press 1 to connect to their "security department", where I no doubt would have been asked to input a card number.
