I have not a single clue as to whom is calling us from this number but, it is getting to be a problem!

Calls my cell phone twice a day and never leaves a message.
Obviously an unwanted sales call.

Nothing, a sound like it should be a recording. This number calls my business atleast once  to twice a day, but never do they say anything. Just static.

Keeps calling at my work number, but no one there when I answer and they will not leave a message if co-worker answers. When I called the number back, it was a voicemail for some fund-raising company.

I was bullied into making a pledge to these people. Two of them tag teamed the phone and said that if I didn't donate $100 "bad things could happen in your neighborhood". Are you f****ng kidding me? I never knew the S in NJSP stood for Sopranos. What a shake down!!

This number belongs to a bank of phones contracted by various State Police organisations. However, I have learned that it only represents less than 26% of State Police which is why I have used my call block for future calls.  I believe in supporting  our local law enforcement,  but unless I have been misinformed,  this group is not one I wish to assist.   Most Police Officers and Sheriffs belong to either their local PBA or their State Sheriff's Association, which I support.  They never use phone banks to solicit funds---especially since none of these callers are Police.  For computer users,   I would recommend a software called  "Phone Vallet" which is made by Parliant which will block any incoming call.

The phone rang i picked up the phone they hung up.  So i *69 got this nbr.  Said they were a telemarketer for fundraising purposes.  And to call cust serv #  8008951320.  I called that nbr and spoke to  caroline asked her to take my nbr of their calling list.  She said that i had an outstanding bill.  I explained to her that i am a business, she said that didnt matter that i owe her but she nn my phone nbr to find out how much.  So i hung up on her.

When I called the number on the caller ID, I was given a different phone number for customer service. The person who answered that phone said that the company is called Xentel, and that she could remove me from their call list. Within 30 days,  the calls should stop, hopefully sooner. YAY!

So - call the number, get the next number, and politely ask to be removed. We shall see if this is effective!

I work in a small office and we to are called everyday and there is no one on the line. It is so annoying.

I work at a small family-owned retail business. We get calls all the time with nobody there. It's really annoying to have to ask a good customer to wait while you answer a junk phone call. I would love to report them to the BBB if I thought it would help. Did calling your state (and the caller's state's) A.G. get you anywhere?

I run a small business and keep getting calls from this number and when I answer with our business greeting, they hang up.  I called it back to ask them to take us off their call list as we are on the national do not call list and I get a recording telling me to call another number regarding their fundraisers.  I'm not interested in their fundraisers, especially when they hang up like that.  Really want them to stop calling!  I've been rushing to get the phone and interrupting my job for this?  It's just plain messed up and rude!
Just made the other post a moment ago. I called the number that I was directed to to find out who called me and they didn''t answer with their business name so I asked the name of their company.  It's Presentel (telemarkers, i'm guessing)  I told them to stop calling me and we are on the national do not call list and she told me that businesses are not on the national do not call list.  I told her Yes we are and do not call again and that I have reported them.

Have received several calls in the past week, sometimes twice a day.  This is a business they are calling.  After I go through our business greeting they hang up.  Extremely annoying - especially if I have had to run to answer the phone or interrupt a customer.

To get to their customer service you have to call 800-895-1320. When you do, this sweet woman Carol answers the phone. When you ask her to stop calling she turns into a rabid beast and tells you that you owe money for a pledge you made and they won't stop calling until you pay. N-I-C-E. I'm filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office. That seems to be the only way to get through to them.

This number calls every day and there is nobody there. It is very annoying. I assume they are robocalls to determine when we are here before a real person calls.

The call comes in showing caller ID as 8003088644:  There is a long pause...then, "Yeah is Darren available."  When asked, "May I ask who this is?"  The answer is, "Yeah, this is Jake (with a last name)."  When asked, "What is your call is regards to?"  The answer is, "I'm with the B or VFW."  When asked, "May I take a message?"  The response is, "That's okay, I'll call another time."  When told, "Please don't call us again if you can't leave a message."  They then just hang up.  They've continued to call every day for a week and sometimes--the caller ID is the same, but no one is there--

I get tons of phone calls from this number. Sometimes the Caller ID says Caller Unknown. When I answer, no one is on the line. It's similar to what the other person described, like a fan running. No one is actually there, all that is heard is this noise. I am sick of getting these calls every day!

these people are shaking people down for money its the state police. I like the police but this s*** is a joke!

These people called me claiming I made a so called plegde to the state troppers. Didn't mention which state troppers its going to. Anyone else getting these messages?
