It's REI Solutions I dont know what they want though

I also called the number.  The gentleman I talked to conducted himself very well and said the company is ER Solutions.  He said their business deals with past due accounts usually...  Was an apparent area code error and he told me he immediately removed my number from the system.

I don't know who this is that keep calling my cell phone

They call and I get put on hold and then the line goes dead. No one comes back on the line. Then a busy signal is all I get from there. If they didn't want to talk then they should not even call.

It's a collection for Target Credit Cards  (in my case). They're rude, insulting and obnoxious. Good luck getting off their list!

calls several times a day with no message.  when i call back they don't know who I am & asking for someone else.

Calls my daughter's cell # while at school, leaves no message.

Typo above - (800) 328-0780 belongs to ER Solutions.  Their website is www dot e-r-solutions dot com.  They are one of the biggest collection agencies out there.  My answering service had gotten several hangups from the number, but when I received a call while home the fellow whom I spoke with wasn't entirely rude, but was curt.  He was looking for a name I did not recognize.  
What I'd like to see on any of these web sites is how to get off of the calling lists when someone gives a fake (aka my) phone number.  The last name of the person he was looking for wasn't even close to ours.  And we're listed!  Good luck to all...

(800) 328-0780 belongs to REI Solutions, but shows up on your caller ID as "800 Service"...  They are a collection agency.
