I get calls from this number all day long.....I don't know who they are and I wish they stop harassing me.
i did some research and  I found out they are a illegal loan company trying to recruit people to take out loans

Since your post was in 2009 which is maybe by now 5 if not 4 years ago,you should send them a letter by U.S. Mail providing your cell number and your name advising them you are not the person in question,demanding that they immediately cease and desist (meaning to completely stop and quit in legal terms) and if not then you intend to file a court complaint or that yu will be seeking your legal options and no company really wats that because if they are taken to court them must have enough proof to win the case or they'll lose which can then be found by others as a court searh to know how many others have sued them and won.The letter should be sent requesting a signature proving it was received and a post card returned with the signature as proof.Usually you'll no longer be bothered nless the company is 100% sure it is you who owes even with the letter.DO NOT provide them with you Social Security number or ID number nor any banking information,make it difficult for them to they'll understand it's not you who owes.If you go to court,keep a log on paper for the time,date,duration,taking note of the person's name you spoken to and tak that to court with you,if it should go that far.  I hope this helps you.I know these things from both experince and from legal advice plus looking into various laws on the books that you can research online as well from most pubic libraries.If you have the money,do a lawyer consult for 1/2 hour or a free 15 minute consult some lawyers do or find the local legal aid office.

They are a PayDay Loan agency, which are dishonest and need to be stopped. I receive calls from them nearly every day and have never done business with them.

this person has called me every day.  i final called and they are looking for Hope.  He even asked me if he could leave a message with me for hope.  I told him i dont know no Hope.  Who ever Hope is she needs tostop giving out my number...

This is an payday loan company called US Fast Cash. They use several numbers as well like 855 420 2625.

Us fast cash, leave an automated message stating to call them back but never exactly state who they are, they call 8 am, 9 am, 11am, 12-1 pm, all day every stinking day,... seriously on my nerves an i have never had a loan w/ this company.... how do i get them to stop.... seriously so annoyed right now with them, they honestly have no respect at all what so ever..... grrrrrr

US Fast Cash is also owner of United Cash Loans. Not only did they make a lot of money off my interest but the people who call you talk smack about their own customer service. I had a loan with each. Laws in my state indicate they should not have approved that. Despite letters I wrote in terms advising I would take further action against harassment, they call everyday but will not leave a message.

Got a call on my cell today...didn't answer but thanks to Angry and Fed up. I'll put this number and the other one that was mentioned on my reject list.......

Never names who they are calling, never leaves a message, and return call gets an auto answer but does not identify company. Calls at least twice a day.  No clue who it is.

this number calls me 20 times a day , nobody is there. It just tells me to wait for an available operator?

This number has called my work ALL DAY everyday.  Even told my supervisor I was involved in fraudulent activity.  He said he was from the legal department.  My supervisor told him if you are indeed from a legal department you should know it's against the law to share certain information about individuals, customers or not with other people.  Then the guy wouldn't give up and kept asking my boss for my home phone number (if i had an account with them, they would have it) My boss told him the company is not allowed to give out personal information and he kept saying but she is involved in fraudulent activities, we must speak with her.  PUHLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

they're called u.s. fast cash; on 8/28 a michael williamson told me my number wasn't in their system: bullcrap, they'd just called.  they're located in miami, oklahoma along with ameriloan (800-326-5383). ameriloan, who also just called, told me my number isn't in their system either. ameriloan's address was given as 3531 P street. my number was registered with donotcall.gov when purchased a year ago.

stop calling this number and stop leaving messages everytime they are told that are not allowed to call me at the phone numbers listed they still do so...they are in violation of many laws and are crossing serious legal boundaries

because a girl ran away and her whole extended family was calling my work saying they were from lawyers offices, the police station and the like saying that I was a criminal and they wanted to know when to find me because a warrant was going to be served, etc. I was NOT part of her decision to run away, but I was guilty of feeling empathy because she was a minor who was a mother and grandma was keeping the all the welfare checks for herself because the daughter was a PITA to her.

Heck, I was 19 and their drama was over my head. But they needed someone to blame. And I have no idea what she told them. All I know is that she was a lot wilder than I was. I guess that's how 15 yr old's get pregnant and their older friends don't!

But my employer said if the calls didn't stop, they'd have to tell them I was fired. Instead of just telling them that, they insisted I resign or get fired.

It's time for the legislators to enact State and Federal laws to protect the public from unwanted and harassing calls from the Telemarketing Industry.

The Telemarketing Industry should be required by law to register on a National Telemarketing Database.

The Telemarketing Industry should be licensed by a government agency before they can contact the public by phone for whatever purposes they are calling. And this should include an up front licensing fee, to be paid by the telemarketer, to a government agency before they contact the public.

Do away with the 800 numbers for this type of business. Each time a call is made by a telemarketer to each of us, a set phone charge, to be paid by the telemarketer in question, should be applied to each telemarketing call. Maybe .50, maybe $1.00 would be appropriate. This would surely do away with the unwanted calls.

And, once these laws are enacted, then they should be strictly enforced.

No exceptions!

These laws should also include any other individuals or organizations that persist in calling you after being requested to stop calling you.

Does the current DO-NOT-CALL LIST strategy actually work? For the most part, it doesn't seem to deter the never ending calls from the same abusers over and over again.

There are good Telemarketers who will call only once, and respect your wishes when you request not to be called again. But, then comes the other 99% who abuse the American public and their right to privacy. I mean, after all, who is going to listen to or possibly purchase a product from someone who has been harassing them on a daily basis.

And, it's time for the phone companies to turn around, look at us, and do their part to try and stop this abuse as well.

Call your local and state politicians.

It's time to put an end to this nonsense.

It's time to be able to sit down and relax in your own home without being constantly interrupted by this abusive activity.

US FAST CASH called my number and asked to speak to my brother.

I asked them what was the purpose of the call.

US FAST CASH said they wanted to offer my brother a loan and asked to speak to him instead of me.

And I told US FAST CASH that my brother was deceased, as he had passed away years ago.

US FAST CASH immediately hung up without any comments.

The next day, US FAST CASH called this number again, and told me that my late brother had an outstanding loan with them, and they wanted to be repaid.

How's that for lower than low?

I immediately hung up!

These blatant harassing crank calls are from US FAST CASH, a company which is nothing more than a financial leg-breaking loan company, who prey on the weak, the elderly, the down and out, the unsuspecting, and everyone else for that matter.

They also try to get you to believe that you took out a loan with their fraudulent organization, when in fact and truth, you did not.

I personally have never had anything to do with these crooks, but US FAST CASH has been calling me for 9 months, using the 1-800-349-4528 number as well as 1-800-639-0767. US FAST CASH claims that I have an outstanding loan with them, or that I have applied for a loan from them. And, of course, these claims are not true!

Just this morning I received my umpteenth call from them for this month of MARCH. US FAST CASH wants me to repay them a loan, allegedly given to me, but they won't give me any information whatsoever concerning the alleged loan unless I give up my Social Security Number.

They have my name, address, and phone number as they keep calling me with their phoney allegations. So, the least they can do, is to mail me any info they may have on me concerning the alleged loan. .

Again, I have asked them to mail me any information they have on me concerning the non-existent loan to me. They refuse to mail me anything! (Federal Offense - Mail Fraud)

US FAST CASH also uses 1-800-639-0767. These crooks never stop calling.

I did have a loan with US Fast Cash - 4 years ago, the loan was paid and they took an additional 250.00 from my account.  They are insisting I still owe them $105.00 and if i did not pay they would charge me late fees for 4 years.  Just to get them off my back and quit calling my work (6 times a day) I asked for their address and I would mail them $105.00.  They wanted my current banking information (have since switched banks) and told them absolutely not.  They said this was the only way I could pay them.  They are very nasty when I answer the calls so I quit answering my phone (have caller id)when I know it is them.

They have called me as early as 5am. Can you believe it? 5am!!!

Received telephone calls from this guy who has a very heavy accent.  In fact, you can barely understand him. Says that if I don't call him back I will have a very ugly legal mess on my hands.  I receive these calls only at work and if they don't stop calling, I run the risk of being fired for receiving personal phone calls during working hours.  These fools need to be stopped.

Be careful.  They have hired a so-called "Legal Investigator" who is more obnoxious then they are.  DO NOT answer calls from 877-426-2470 or 706-623-4296.  One man company and he is a Grade A A**hole!!

This company calls me everyday at 6 am to look for a William Allen.  They use a computer service so its impossible to let them know this isn't me.  This is has been harassing me for over four months now.
