There's no doubt it's Birch Gold calling. And it may be that he (Tim Talley) is merely following up on web site inquiries made via their web site.  However, I did not make such an inquiry. I suppose it's possible someone by the name of "Court" did make such an inquiry and either put down his number incorrectly or more likely put down a bogus number that happened to be mine.
Tim Talley is persistent since he has now called my number twice and left a msg each time.  Perhaps he'll stop calling when he figures out I won't answer or return his calls. Curse you Court.  Be a man, not a prankster.  And if I'm incorrect on the above, then the only other possibility is that Birch Gold utilizes this tactic to make contact with live bodies to whom they can pitch their goods.  And if that is the case . . .  Curse you Birch Gold.
