called me 3 times and no one there

Received a fax via "myfax.com"
Downloaded and opened the fax / file ...
2 pages without any adobe.pdf text.

I have received 3 calls from this number. didn't answer anytime cause my phone was not with me at the time.

Recorded cold call after 9pm asking if I wanted to improve my sales.

Received call 10/21 at 8:53PM.  Picked up but didn't say anything.  Other end hung up.
