Received call from this number, but there was no message 9:53 a.m., 5-15-14!  I called the number and received the message "You have reached customer service".  No company name was given, and asking me to hold I was requested to do a survey!  I hung up.

Letters keep coming, even though I've written twice to inform them that I've already contacted the credit card company and everything is resolved.  The creditor even waived a monthly late fee that had been charged because I was unable to make their high monthly payments AND lowered the monthly payments so that I could pay what they asked and not what I could afford each month. Now I'm getting calls on my cell phone. Planning to write just one more time, then will follow advice on www.budhibbs.comindex.html. It gives you link to Fair Debt Helpers and there's the FTC and State Attorney General Office as well.  Everyone who hears from this agency needs to take action so they either go away or play fair.

I received a call from this number just moments ago and ignored it. When I called them back it said that they were EOCCA not Zwicker.

What if the person being contacted is your under-age child that unfortunately has the phone number previously owned by the person they are trying to contact??? Furthermore, when you try to explain the situation to them, they are uncooperative and hang up on you. Do you have children?

My son, who is a minor, receives calls from this number on his phone. I called back twice explaining that the number they are calling is for a minor and they are probably trying to reach the person that previously had this phone number. The first time I called they hung up on me. The second time I called, the woman on the other end complained that there was a lot of static on the line and asked me if I had another phone number. I refused to give her another number and she hung up on me again.

File complaints with State Bar Association regarding Zwicker & Associates.

There is no reason to put up with telephone terrorists.  If this is really a law firm; they should lose their license to practice for  illegal activity.   This is the USA and we don't put up with terrorism.

Paid off a promotional balance on my Lowes account back in April 7,2012. In late June 2012 I started to receive 5 - 9 phone calls A DAY from various 800 xxx xxxx & 866 xxx xxxx. They never left a message. When I called back on a few calls, I got a recording to call a 880 or 866 number. I goggled thes numbers and discovered that it was from GE Capital Retail Bank collection department(800-568-0156 main number amongst many used), AlliedInterstate, Inc from Minneapolis MN(800-806-3342 main number amongst 10-15 they use for haressement), and recently Zwicker & Associates. PC.  These are the scum bags GE Capital Retail Bank use to harass it's customers into paying incorrect or bogous ammounts. GE Capital Retail Bank purchased the Lowe account of mind. These morons didn't have the courtesey to leave messages.  Late in June I also discovered that Lowes had also made phone calls using 800 & 900 numbers. They also never left a message. When I went to a Lowe store, I found out that my Check payment to my Lowes account had been rejected by MY bank. This was told to me buy various Lowes management/customer reps. My bank had NO record that my check had been presented for payment. Either Lowes or the postoffice lost the check which generated a bunch of late fees and over $1500 of interest accrued during my promotion period. All during these two months, Lowe nor GE Capital Retail Bank bothered to call and leave me a message or sent me a statement or letter. Without warnings known to me that my account was in default, GE Capital Retail Bank passed my account to the scum bags mentioned above for collections.   I ask you all to call the numbers above and harres all the idoits above. I I ever find out the personnal phone numbers of the GE Capital Retail Bank and its collection agencies, I publish then on U-Tube and Facebook to teach them a lesson.

Paul being with the company for over ten years has a rep of being rude and ignorant. But all talk. I have nothing good to say about this company for they are trash and what they hire. I worked with zwicker for a while.I know john twite and mikie kosi..they all are over paid glorified floor managers! They find law suits everytime they turn around. Not only do they allow employees to talk to debtor like trash it like they over look it. The say every debtor is a liar. Debor will say anything..block ur numbers when u call the debtor is a big rule they have. The managers they hire are average joes at the least...I know many personally and very well since I have a child by one now and needless to say he don't pay his bill either. Many employees and managers don't pay their own bills but they know how to talk down on people that are having a hard time paying theirs. There are no atty walking around zwicker and associates. There are a few locations andover mass hebron ky and florida managers need background checks not only do manager not pay bills of their own but I found it funny that managers and employees that get arrested handle banking info and social numbers over the phone. I wish they would get popped for dateline it would be great.maybe people should think about that..lol they fire their own atty for crying out loud. Managers with no law background always spitting out law to people to scare them so they can get a bonus off settlements which is sad that settlements are based on what the collector what in "fee" especially at the end of the month!! 24 year only collectors with arrest sheets and driving bmw and handling social security numbers. What a joke. So yes debtors just cause u can't pay ur bills right away doesn't make u a bad person but punk collectors calling u are in so many ways getting that money cause ur creditor really only needs so much. Back and leave the rest to the low law firms like this one..its a joke

These cretins have been hounding me because my cell phone's number was previously held by a deadbeat. I have had the phone for over 3 years. I've been receiving the calls for 6 months, causing me to run for the phone from the bathtub, from a sick bed at times, calling at work and wasting my call minutes. AND I HAVE PERFECT CREDIT!!! I have called them numerous times attempting to be removed from the list. The reps are low-class, grimy Massachusetts white trash, surly, rude and dim-witted. The owner, Paul Zwicker, attended a third tier (read: couldn't get admitted to even a HALF-decent school)) law school --- no surprise, as brilliant legal minds don't go into the collections biz, haha. They stress that they are a law firm whose "primary focus is collections" (what's secondary, Constitutional law, hehe?) Despite their obfuscation, they are registered as a collection agency. There are numerous references to their shady business practices all over the web. I'm not sure if there is a family connection, but one Kenneth Zwicker was disbarred for reasons involving questionable moral turpitude, so it sounds about right, anyway. There are several judgments against Zwicker Assoc., which are easily located.
It has been such a nightmare being an innocent victim of these lowlife goons, that I have utmost empathy for those in financial straits who are hounded by Zwicker. I have read many anecdotes of sleazy, dishonest behavior (quel surprise!) and I would suggest that anyone contacted by Zwicker immediately seek help from a reputable debt consolidator to act as intermediary; these are a nightmare, worst-of-both-worlds: repo-shysters and are not to be trusted.

made a lot of treats and would not prove i may owe anyone something. when i asked them to send me a letter stating who and what i owed i got a gilt trip on not paying my bill.

These people called me and told me that I HAD to pay them in full that day. They wouldn't even let me get off the phone to call my husband and talk it over with him. This guy was a total JERK!!! He asked me about my income tax, exactly how much i'd be getting back, and told me that I would be dealing with the law soon. He was the biggest jerk i've EVER talked too. All I know is that if you get a call from these people...don't play their games!

My daughter's husband was killed in a construction accident and his parents blamed my daughter who wasn't within 25 miles of the construction site.  This happened in 2005 and now they owe money, I guess, and gave OUR number (not our daughter's) and these creeps keep calling even though I've tried to tell them that no one by the name they are looking for lives at our number. They won't talk to you. All they do is hang up.  What mental degenerates. How do they expect to make collections if they won't talk?  Unless they are trying to find out if the number itself is legitimate.  

Anyway, these people are arrogant and do nothing but harass.

I get these numbers all day long, I simply just don't pick up the phone, This is the first time I checked the number to see who they are. Usually they ask for my dad, and I tell them he not here, so they will try again. I always assumed that they were telemarketer. Just recently I got one call ask for me too, They didn't say why they were evening calling for. I never pick up a number without a title in ID. And I know for a fact we don't owe anybody anything. I know for a fact, that I don't.

THESE PEOPLE DO NOT IDENTIFY THEMSELVES EVEN WHEN YOU ASK WHO IS CALLING!!!!!

Sometimes they identify themselves as MR. WHITE OR MR. BROWN!  Also when the phone ID it comes up as PRIVATE CALLER/JAMAICA.

If they don't get the information they want, they conclude the the conversation by saying the "F WORD"!!!!
