I figured it was a scam too! After it became illegal to collect fees for Loan Modification, companies have been resorting to all sort of gimmicks to get people to sign up. However, there are legit outfits who will BUY your non-Performing Loan from your lender (if they are selling) at a discount and then can work out with the borrowers.
It's just too bad that few bad apples.........

This is straight up fraudulent inducement. My letter indicates the lender who I got my original loan through but who is no longer in business. Corporation was disolved in 2004-think it might be a little to late to be suing those people. lol Don't call these jerks, it's another scam.

Got the same thing today and based on the envelope it says legal advestiment on the bottle left . There is no lawsuit company and it looks like one of those refi type company's trying to get you to go with them. if its to good to be true it usually is. i have a file # NAT053052

This number is an advertisement that came in the mail of some sort claiming to make you a plaintiff, do not call throw it out. read the bottom left on front of envelope.
