You are absolutely right.

I got numerous calls from them, especially Benjamin.

I questioned it several times.
I even requested a faxed quotation, and they sent it.

Once we said we would move forward... the whole thing fell apart and the numbers were never ported.
We lost phone service for a few days.
The numbers they gave us never got picked up again.

Just received a call from Leon and said he was with Verizon. I asked twice and he said yes.  I recorded the call.  He can save me hundreds.

Harassing Phone Calls, Claim to be with Verizion.  I get 3-5 calls a day trying to change my phone service.  Whenever I ask questions like "may I speak with your boss?" those type of questions, I get blown off.  This number is one that I was given to call back and ask for Jason but they never pick up the phone.  I called Verizion direct but they

This person called as a Verizon employee, but my caller ID had "Interactive Sol" (maybe for Interactive Solutions?.  The person gave his name as Benjamin Ross, told me he was with the Verizon Winback team.  Since my caller ID showed differently, he assured me twice he was with Verizon.  I did not switch back then, but someone later called in reference to him, and my caller ID again listed "Interactive Sol".  When this Benjamin Ross called the next day, and I said I think you are misrepresenting who you are with, he hung up immediately.  

I am very glad that I didn't switch and called Verizon directly to confirm.

Said they were from Verizon, but I'm not convinced.
