I called them and they DID know my name based on my phone number. I told them I was on a no call list and that I didn't want any of their scam letters in the mail either. ...and yes, MY amounts were $20,000 negociated down to $11,400 with payments of $366.67. SCAM SCAM SCAM and even if it isn't, they are getting your attention with fraudulent info (SCAM)

My wife got the same letters from the same address in Addison, TX.  She has no credit card debt.  The amounts were the same.  SCAM....

I got 2 letters from the same source...amazing as I do not have any account for that amount either...besides credit reports do not show anything...hmmm really bogus to me...

got a collection letter from some DA, 15851 Dallas Fwy ,Ste. 600  Addison,  TX. telling me they wanted to settle some debt with credit balance of $20,000 with a settlement of $11,400.00 but they would settle for $366.67.News to me, I don't have any delinquent credit for any amount. I called on my last letter becuse it looked official but got some one in a very far away foreighn country that was evasive. I am mailing this to the DA allright, like the ditrict attorney in my city to check this out. Is it any coincidence they also have a letter header in bold: DA
