Don?t worry about the negative reviews you read online. Most of them are architected. Have you ever come across a service provider whose lower level execs are well trained? Fact is Axxess Payments Inc employs fairly polite and tech literate support staff. I would recommend them!

Recently I was running short of cash still got into a cab. While I was fumbling for cash, the driver asked me if I had a credit/debit card. I actually accessed it in the cab at the wireless POS terminal. The system it seems was courtesy Axxess Payments

A man called and asked to speak to the owner. I asked who was calling. The man stated he is from Access Payments. I asked what Access Payments is, he said he is only allowed to provide that information to the owner. He asked when the best time was to reach to the owner. I asked again what this was regarding, the man insisted to speak only with the owner, and could not provide me with the owner's name. He then quickly ended the conversation with "thank you and have a great day".
Very strange.
I wouldn't provide them with any information.

Three cheers to Axxess Payments. I set up my business 10 years ago in Montreal. Initially I was lost about how to install state-of-the-art systems to regularize internal processes and payment processing. That was when a friend recommended Axxess. Spoke with their representatives and haven?t looked back ever since.

I have been running a restaurant in Montreal for the last 15 years. Five years down the line I opened two more branches in Ontario. Since the business had grown managing all the three units was becoming difficult. It was then when I hired Axxess Payments? ?payment processing? systems for all three branches. Things became easier for me. The agency has been quick in addressing any kind of technical issues, however small it is. Good job people!

The guys at Axxess actually take time out to come and talk to you and understand your requirement. I for one was pleased though when it came to execution, they took an unnecessary amount of time to process things?still the overall experience wasn?t bad?

Since I was moving my business operation to another geographic, I wanted to terminate the contract with Axxess. I actually anticipated a lot of trouble, but surprisingly the guys at Axxess did a complete analysis of our current account, gave a correct and clear estimate of the percentage we had to pay on our credit card transactions. The entire process concluded systematically and of course to my satisfaction. Way to go Axxess!

I didnt answer the call in the first place. Now, after seeing all of the bad info about them I am VERY glad I didnt answer the phone!! I hate ppl like that. Theyre worse than the dialers that call about Google Ads.

This company is terrible. They call several times a day. I have told them several times WE ARE NOT INTERESTED, yet the still keep calling. Someone called again this afternoon, told him I was not interested and to please remove our phone number from their call list. The agent says to me "why aren't you interested? What, you don't like the sound of my voice? I'm a human being and deserve an explanation." These people are RUDE and ANNOYING.

Marian, Andy works there and the requirements for a job are minimal. Must be pushy, ability to lie and not laugh are a must. Getting anything out there as a warning about this company on this site is tough because they are monitoring and spamming this site themselves with positive feedback. They are commissioned sales people, telemarketers, cold callers, scum of the earth. My suggestion that always works, when they call, blow a whistle in their ear, you will hear their headset bounce off the neighboring wall. I always get a chuckle out of that and it makes my day.

I've been getting calls from Chris at Access for several weeks. The call back number he left is 1-855-299-3777, ext. 33. I have never called him back and with caller ID, I don't pick up the phone for any toll free number.
The first time I (mistakenly) answered, he told me that I should be getting reduced rates from Paymentech, and that he was working with them to provide me with better rates. He went on about how the credit card processing companies don't have to tell you about better rates you could be getting, but, if I would fax him a copy of our statement, he would review it and get back to me with an offer of reduced rates.
He said he worked for Paymentech. First of all, why would Paymentech hire someone to harrass their customers about providing better rates, when they could just skip the labour costs of hiring these people, and give customers the better rate?? Obviously a scam.
He keeps calling.... and calling.... and calling. Eventually he'll give up...cause I won't.

Just got a call at my store. When I interrupted the sales pitch to say ur talking to the wrong person, this woman named Rosie on the other end told me I talk to much and hung up on me. I went online to find info on them -Axxess Payment. Called and was put on hold then told after 5 mins that the supervisor was in a meeting and he'd call as soon as he was out. Yeah sure. Sounds like one class act. Number is 1-877-537-1961 in case you want to call and yell at them yourself! STAY WELL CLEAR OF THESE CHARLATANS!!!
