Ask them what the bill was for, and a contract number. It's illegal to discuss a medical issue with anyone. It's usually am insurance miss-claim. FF usually goes after accounts where the insurance didn't cover the entire bill. Mine was the fault of the billing office.....all 5 times. I never had to pay a penny. The insurance common....for a change....helped clear them up.
