What happened after you called? I was a bonehead and I stupidly called the number and gave them my account number before hanging up. hope i did not open myself up to identity fraud or a ton of bogus phone calls

Not sure if this is a real company. I had received emails from this AES success even though I do not have loans with them ( I do not have private loans).

Here is a part of their email:
This message has been sent to you based upon your existing
relationship with American Education Services (AES). If you
are not the intended recipient or received this e-mail in error,
please contact AES by calling 800-442-6532, and then delete
this e-mail from your system.

I called them...

I probably should have called the number on the website (1-800-443-0646). I am going to call the real number during business hours to straighten this up. But I might have just opened up a can of worms.

They called 4 times in one day. Don't know who it is.
