Familiar caller ID said "SERVICE" for 800 456 4566.
I wrote to the the Attorney General whose assistant offered several suggestions:
...violations of the federally sponsored national "Do Not Call" registry should be reported to:
the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) by calling (888) 382-1222.

Called again - they were blocked again.
Last week I broke down and purchased the Digitone call blocker. The best money I ever spent!!!
This device not only blocks numbers, it can block entire area codes!
No sooner had I blocked the 253 (WA state) area code, I got a call from that area code and it was blocked! YEA! I have had the Digitone on my business line less than a week and already it has blocked 4 "out of area" calls and 4 telemarketers.
Fight back folks!!!
I am buying one for my home line!

Scam company calling to reduce my credit card debt and lower my mortgage payment. Spoofed phone number tells me this nothing more than a scum telemarketing firm. Why would anybody do business with a company of this nature?

this one started 2 days ago. called 2 or 3X today; left no message. interesting possible coincidence.
another telemarketer's calls (home improvement gnats) from an 818 area code stopped 3 days ago.
both are in the same loop maybe.

Buy a call blocking phone.
Uniden and Panasonic make wonderful call blocking phones! They're inexpensive and they come with at least 1 wireless handset.

The caller, 800-456-4566, a man, called us @ 10:07, talking about contracting work, my wife told him not o call again.

Hung up when reached caller ID. Called number back and heard recording "Beverly from Credit Card Debt call 800-205-1400." Reported this number.
