I have been trying to reach someone from Beacon for about a week now, and every number attached to Beacon; including the number given to me by one of the Rep isn't working now (saying the number has been disconnected).  I am very concern that a business number isn?t working and I haven?t received a new number.  I am going to contact my bank on Monday and if I can?t reach someone about my loan, I am going to cancel my draft, focusing someone from Beacon to contact me.

I had a loan with them and had no problems whatsoever paid them off and they were straight forward with me as well

I have gotten a loan from them before any didn't have any problems at all.  I don't work for the company just so ya know.

Is that number your giving a legit number. The only reason I ask is because once I got customer service on the line, the first thing she asked for is my social. I didn't hear anything about a call being recorded or anything. Dealing with this company has made me so nervous to give out any personal information.

Ive gotten a loan from them twice. Second time i didn't make an arrangement to pay early, so their policy is deducted the $89 from ur account. Then u still must pay the entire balance of $289. I never made the call so o thought theu would just deduct the 89 until their paid off. nOPE! over a course of about.4 pay periods r more they have been deducting $44 & $45 out of my account which is over the amount owed. they said theu would continue to do that until i call and make a full payment of $289.0. So regardless of what yhey have they would debited forever until i call. Crazy right. I place a stop with my bank, and closing my account

I tried to get a loan 3 days ago, after I completed the form I received a call telling me to check mail in 30min. While waiting I tried to visit their website and got a warning that it may be a phishing site. I called my bank and changed my account. I just now tried this place and at the end it said I entered a invalid or duplicate social security number. So I think the other place is using my SS number. This really sucks. are there any honest lenders?

SCAM Beacon told me yesterday that my account is "on hold" but they wont respond to my cslls and messages...Lets see who THESE folks are, I'm still on hold...British voice and all...

I recently  filled out a app. there I haven't Been able to get a hold of them from the number they gave.. Yes it is theft when you give them your info and they dont procced with correct action and take your money in your a count any ways and never lend you a dime..Now they have my info and will you uses it as they plz..I sure hope not....This really sucks

ya i just got this bs of a loan not to long ago for 200 bucks. they had told me if i didnt call within 3 days of the loan than they would take the full 289. well each week for the past 5 wks they have tooken 89 bucks outta my account. they do call u yes but when im at work and when im off work or on brake they either hang up or i get nothing. company is a joke. why rip someone off more than the amount ur suppose to pay??? well i can c how they make a d*mn profit!!!

Everyone: Beacon is a third-party lender. They have no website but are referred to folks when you apply for a loan at one of the many main sites online (i.e., when those major sites say "We are searching for lenders in your area...")

I recently borrowed $200 from them in January 2012. Took a few months but paid them off this month. They do charge $89 fee for each pay period that you cannot pay back the full balance. But they are pretty straightforward - at least in my dealings with them.

The phone number "sosexy" listed - 1-877-746-4993 - is the right number. She has stated so several times in this forum. You will hear a voice announcement form a woman with a British accent, so perhaps they are based in the UK.

424-210-3578  These people have been calling me about a $300.00 loan i have with their client.  when I tried to explain to them that If i had a payday loan the money would come from my check.  They hav a funny accent and was threaten me when I was trying to get information from them.

I don't know what to do, we are filling for Chapter 13 and need the address and or, but ya I guess the only option is closing our accounts which is what we are doing anyways. WTF??? this number 347-607-3633 keeps calling my phone, they have a funny accent, they say my name and social security number have a case filed against me. pay no attention to these people, threaten to call the police because it's just a scam to get your info and steal your money...watch out because what you say they will use it against you and make the story sound so real....DON'T GIVE THEM NO ACCOUNT INFO PLEASE. they tricked me like this before but i was able to get refund from my bank and they were investigated. If you apply for stuff over the internet this is how they still your info.BE CAREFUL.

I too got a response from them but I did not apply for  a loan from them.  I called the number to cancel the loan but it was out of service.  I have been researching them online.  I also alerted my bank of the strange things with this comp.   I printed off the loan info that came into an email and saved it. I show a copy of this to a lawyer friend and he said that it is a fraud cause if you cannot call them to cancel the loan for whatever reason, then they have no indication that you do not want the loan. I will sue them if they deduct ANYTHING even 1 red cent out my account.

yes these people are scams  thay told me to get my bank on the phone so thay could  vairafy my account  and  that got everything  that thay need to steal my money   so yes im closing my account today so thay cant get a dime of my money  i never got a dime from them  thay said i was appoved for 200.00 two days go by  nothing in my account  that just did that to get my info  f****rs  go get a real job

OMG please don't tell me this is a nightmare.They ahve all my information and what are they going to do with it if there not going to deposit the money ... the  processing center number is 877-746-4993 you know its a shame when people pray on you like this .... I applied for a loan through this company. I was approved. I got the money. But my only complaint is they have sold my information, (name, phone number and email address) to other companies who have harassed me via telephone saying I owe 600 dollars, when the original loan was only for 200 dollars. And this company has hung up every time I tried to call, and have given false information! They also have said I will be arrested. This is the ONLY complaint I have. Just be careful they sell your information!! It is so aggravating!  The number who has been harassing me is 2622393149 in California. I live in Illinois. Ridiculous!

got call from west covina california (626-384-3257) stating they had all my info they was sending police said got payday loan and signed for it no such thing happened the last place i applied at was beacon but never followed through wow.12/14
